The staff of Bright Star Home Health Services were very responsive to the needs of my family from the pre-planning and intake process to the actual home health care services. The staff was readily available via phone, flexible with our schedules and sensitive to the needs of our family. Kimberly, our caregiver, was patient and kind as she spent the day with my mother and assisting with everything from showering to shopping. I would recommend their services to anyone needing home health assistance.

We are very pleased with the caregiver that Bright Star has chosen for our dad. Tammy immediately became like a part of our family. She is genuine and caring. She has a great sense of humor!
