Brightstar has made my life much easier. I am now a daughter not a caregiver. The company is very responsive to my calls. Bettie, our care giver, is impeccable in caring for mom. She wants mom to be happy and as independent as possible. She keeps me in the loop and goes the extra mile making sure she is well cared for. I consider her part of the family. It takes all of us working together for a great outcome for mom.

BrightStar Care has been my care giving company for almost 3 years. In that time span my caregiver Heather B. has taken care of me in my worse condition up to only having to supervise me in the shower and wash my hair and back. Heather comes twice a week and has a positive attitude, a smile on her face with new stories to brighten my day. Heather is professional, she comes on time and helps me with light housework, makes my breakfast, and reminds me to take my medicine. Most of all Heather is kind, resourceful, keeps my spirits up when I'm down and makes me laugh when I need a good belly laugh. Heather is excellent! She is always smiling as she leaves. BrightStar's office is professional, polite and helpful. I am thrilled that I found BrightStar Care plus such a qualified caregiver like Heather. She does everything that meets my needs.

Most of the caregivers from BrightStar have been wonderful! Victoria Totress, Nickole Brooks and Vernae' Stephens have been especially conscientious in their care of my mother-in-law. We are lucky to have them!

One health worker is very nice and intelligent She helps with simple tasks like personal hygiene, & if I get stuck she helps me to figure out things Another worker is very nice, can do technical like fix Alexa on my devices I'd give both A triple plus
