Our office is located at 29 Plantation Park Dr, Ste 105, Bluffton, SC 29910. We serve families in the Hilton Head area, including those in Bluffton, Sheldon, Hardeeville, Saint Helena Island, Ridgeland, Beaufort, and surrounding towns. You can also call us 24/7 at 843.837.3773.
Unlike other home care providers in the Hilton Head area, we offer nurse-led care for every client. All home care plans are supervised by a registered nurse (RN), who provides clinical guidance and oversight for our care team. Through this RN-led care model, each client has a personalized care plan tailored to their unique needs—not someone else’s.
At BrightStar Care of Hilton Head, we set out to hire highly qualified caregivers and nurses. Every member of our care team must be properly trained, certified, and/or licensed per South Carolina state law. Additionally, all employees must complete background checks, drug screens, tuberculosis (TB) tests, CPR certification, and some continued education to work with our home care agency.
Yes, we have earned Joint Commission accreditation. This means our Hilton Head home care agency has been reviewed on-site by a Joint Commission expert. To earn this distinction, we had to demonstrate that we adhere to BrightStar Care policies and procedures, as well as state licensure and Joint Commission requirements.
