It's an amazing group of caregivers lead by Danielle and Bianca who's communication and coordination was impeccable. Every call, question, or concerns were met with comforting command and control. Jordan was a breath of fresh air going above and beyond to make recovery smooth and easy to push through. The professionaisml and experience Jamie possessed during personal care created comfortable support putting the tough stuff behind you with ease and a warm smile. When Jane arrived today she was so warm and full of positivity I felt as though id known her since childhood. We laughed and talked bout so many wonderful things that it seemed as though 4hrs was a blink of an eye. She left and there nothing for me to do except rest and recover. Brightstar has been a wonderful experience as a home health aid for my father. My dad is 92 and needed help at home. He needed help getting dressed, making meals, general cleaning around the house and Brightstar was able to keep him at home and able to do all the necessities.
