She has been a physical therapist for over 10 years. As a DPT with a specialty in Orthopedics, she has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics and home settings. Her time working as a home health PT ignited a passion in her. She was thrilled by the difference wholistic home care can make in the lives of patients and their families. She started BrightStar Care of Hunterdon to be at the forefront of delivering value and enhanced quality of life to patients while reducing the onus of caring from their loved ones.

Dr. Emejulu was born and raised in Southern California but now resides in Hunterdon County with her husband and daughters.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dining out, and spending time with family and friends.

Zeke Lombard is a healthcare operations leader with a proven record of building and scaling multi-site care organizations. His expertise spans franchise development, operational excellence, and disciplined growth. Currently, as Director of Operations, he oversees operations, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the franchise territory. Previously, he developed and managed a home care franchise and led multi-site operations at Quest Diagnostics, including biomedical engineering, patient services, and acquisition integration. These experiences strengthened his ability to navigate complexity, maintain compliance, and align teams through change. Guided by Lean and continuous-improvement principles, process automation, and change management, Zeke has successfully transformed organizations. He is passionate about building systems that enable care teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to the clients and families who depend on them.Outside of his work at BrightStar Care, Zeke enjoys spending time with his wife, Lily, as well as scuba diving, hiking, and traveling.

Ayanna Paige BSN, RN, is a dedicated nursing leader with over eight years of diverse clinical experience spanning critical care, pediatric specialty care, and home health management. She currently serves as a Director of Nursing, where she oversees clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports staff development to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Throughout her career, Ayanna has been recognized for her calm leadership, strong organizational skills, and commitment to mentoring nurses. Her background in ICU and triage coordination has shaped her ability to manage complex cases, maintain compliance, and foster collaborative, high-performing teams. Ayanna is passionate about promoting excellence in nursing practice, continuous learning, and compassionate care for patients and families at every stage of life.

Laura Morris brings more than 26 years of experience in office management, executive administration, and business operations. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for creating efficient workflows, supporting executive leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and leading teams with professionalism and integrity.

Laura's background includes office administration, staff leadership, budgeting, vendor management, event coordination, customer service, and process improvement. She is passionate about building collaborative teams, delivering exceptional service, and creating organized, efficient work environments that support both employees and customers.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys volunteering with Scouting America, spending time camping, cooking for family and friends, and thrift shopping for thoughtfully curated treasures to give them a second life

Tara brings over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing to her role as Sales and Marketing Manager at BrightStar Care. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in building relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and creating solutions that meet clients’ needs all of which she now uses to help families find compassionate, reliable in-home care.

As a proud local resident, Tara understands the importance of community and personalized support. She loves making a difference in people’s lives by connecting families with the care and comfort their loved ones deserve.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her two children, going to the beach in the summer, and staying busy with family activities and local events. Her positive energy, professional expertise, and genuine care for others shine through in everything she does both personally and professionally.

Talia Virgo is the Recruiting Manager at BrightStar Care of Hunterdon in Clinton, NJ, bringing more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Her background includes healthcare recruiting, customer service, caregiving, and contract traveling recruitment, giving her a unique understanding of both the professionals providing care and the families receiving it.

Talia began her career in private-duty nursing and as a live-in caregiver, gaining firsthand experience caring for others and understanding the importance of compassionate, dependable support. She later became a CNA and continues to hold an active CNA license in Pennsylvania. She also previously served as the Talent Acquisition/HR Manager for BAYADA in Wilmington, Delaware.

Throughout her career, Talia has worked with people from diverse backgrounds and demographics, strengthening her communication, relationship-building, and people skills. She is passionate about connecting the right caregivers and aides with the right families, because she believes finding the right fit is important for both the caregiver and the family.

Most importantly, Talia enjoys helping families find compassionate, dependable caregivers so their loved ones can remain safely and comfortably at home, surrounded by the people and memories they know and love.

Talia is proud to be part of the BrightStar Care of Hunterdon team and looks forward to using her experience, compassion, and people-first approach to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families and caregivers she serves.

Lisa has worked in healthcare for over a decade in a variety of roles from bench research, to marketing research to sales.  Through it all, she has utilized her natural talents as a caring individual with a natural concern for the well-being of the people around her.  Working at Brightstar Care Hamilton/Robbinsville has given her the opportunity to interact with senior citizens in hospitals and social settings locally where she addresses their inquiries about the care we offer and builds a path toward getting their care needs met.  Much of her work focuses on nurturing relationships with clients and referral partners and ensuring that we are there for them when the need for service arises.

She is a local resident of the Mercer County area and appreciates the warmth of its people and the hard work ethic that is so pervasive in this region.

Outside of Brightstar Care, Lisa enjoys quality time with friends and family in addition to hobbies like gardening  and cooking new recipes.
