My name is Tom N. and the reason for this message is to give thanks to BrightStar and even more so for your health care person, Yolanda, that you have assigned to help in the care of my stepfather, Seymour  B. He is a veteran so the VA has contracted your company to provide this care. Yolanda is a true Angel! She is so good with him. He has dementia and can be difficult at times, but Yolanda was great with him from day one!! She has such a wonderful personality and is nothing short of amazing!!!! She is always on time, never even a minute late and does such a great job! It is a very tough job that she has and yet she is so positive every time she comes! BrightStar has been taking care of my uncle who underwent a major heart/aortic reconstruction in December 2022. He has been on a PEG feeding tube since then. Even though I am new to the care giving field, Salome Quirmolue and Anika have been the most professional, caring, timely and informative care givers. Any time there was a question or concern about the feeding or if I needed advise, they were always available via text or phone. They did all the work and more, coordinating my uncle's care with his PCP. Overall, I cannot say enough about this organization and their employees. I would definitely hire them for in home care if my uncle needs it. Great job BrightStar/Salome and Anika!
