I was nervous about who BrightStar would send on a hard to staff holiday weekend BUT I could not have been more fortunate than to have Panisse Debessai show up. She’s an experienced, kind, confident, caring, enthusiastic and thorough professional with a calming presence. My 90 year-old veteran was won over! My only hope is we have her every Saturday!

Review for Romana — Exceptional Caregiver After experiencing substandard care, having Romana Woodard as my caregiver has been an incredible gift. She is calm, attentive, and deeply intuitive — always anticipating my needs before I even have to ask. She cared for me with genuine compassion and professionalism, and took exceptional care of my fur baby as well. Romana respected my home, my privacy, and my health in every way. For the first time in a long time, I could truly relax and focus on recovery knowing I was in capable, caring hands. She is, without question, the best caregiver I’ve had.

Panisse Debesai is our caretaker for today! She has been one of the beat we have had! While being very attentive, she has not been intrusive. I wish we had more people like her to help us.

I am writing this review regarding Sinamen (Sunny) Jones if there were more Stars I would gladly give them all to her. ⭐️🌟✨🤩💫 Sinny is a caregiver for one of my clients at Oakmont, where as am a Hair Stylist.I have the Utmost respect for her as her job can be very challenging at times yet she has ALWAYS maintained a cool calm caring/tender yet firm demeanor/position with difficult situations. sometimes our buttons can be pushed in the most harsh of ways, but when the see Sinny in challenging situations, somehow she manages to keep patients moving or focused on what needs to be done to assist them meaning patients so that they stay on schedule and focused. i have seen patients become hostile or combative sometimes rude to her and she ALWAYS is able to step back and not feed into remarks or rude gestures she will breathe calm herself before she even gets upset, she will respond in a professional and calm yet firm tone as to not become combative but stay calm yet form so that she is not allowing herself to feed into an argument but to say ok sos and so this is what we need to do or this is where we need to go ankeep the patient on task without arguing or becoming defensive but letting them know she isn’t going to argue or becoming defensive rude back but we need to keep things moving so everyone can stay on schedule an be where they need to be on time. believe me sometimes it can be hard not to take things personal but she does a beautiful job. Sunny is a valuable employee and although some patients don’t realize how lucky they are to have her working with them. They are extremely lucky to have her working with them. i am happy she is there to help me out sometimes some days are a little harder and her support is honestly amazing and such a comfort. Sinny is one of the best I have had the honor to work with, a real blessing😊❣️🙏🏽

Brightstar Care has been great. The staff came in on a Sunday to help us and provided capable caring people right away for an acute situation. Ongoing, Cinnamon has become a right hand to our family. She is a companion who takes time with our 95 yo mom, who has unlimited patience and also takes initiative with potential health changes by alerting us. We are so grateful for her insights and action and her kindness!

I cannot say enough about the excellent care Percina Rankin provided while I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. She was always friendly, optimistic, and incredibly supportive, creating a positive atmosphere even on the tougher days of recovery. Percina went above and beyond—not only caring for me, but also for my beloved fur baby, my home, and my plants as if they were her own. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a world of difference in my healing process. She is truly a wonderful caregiver and an asset to your team.

Ramona W has been a wonderful caregiver to our Mom. Our Mom is 93 and Ramona is able to patiently get her to do things that are very challenging for our Mom. I cannot say enough, nice things about her capabilities. I highly recommend her
