After my mother experienced a recent change in condition that led to hospitalization, our family was incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, and reassurance we received from Denise, Angelo, and the BrightStar Madison team. They made a difficult and emotional transition feel much easier; Angelo even came to the hospital to meet with my mother and complete the paperwork, which meant so much to us. Several family members were apprehensive about my mother being discharged back home with 24/7 care, but BrightStar Care of Madison lifted that burden by coordinating care schedules with such ease and professionalism. Scheduling has been seamless, and we are truly thankful for the peace of mind it has provided. My mother is a social butterfly, and having caregivers in the home who offer companionship, social engagement, and genuine encouragement has made a meaningful difference in her rehabilitation. We are especially grateful to Markesha, Florian, Athena, David, Kaddijatou D., Kaddijatou S. for their patience, compassion, and professionalism as we adapted to a new routine. Their care has made a lasting impact on both my mother and our entire family.

FLORIAN cleaned my Home and did an immaculate job. He was very well organized worked hard very detailed very very respectful very nice young man. We would welcome him back anytime we thank you so much for sending him to us. Please send him to us in the future. We would love to have him back.

Had my mom there and she absolutely loved it. She was well taken care of and that is what was most important to us. She had regular staff that was familiar face to her everyday. The food was so good. Homemade baked goods several times a week. Very clean and no smell when you walk in. Residents are happy. Active activities coordinator who is wonderful also. Highly recommend.

My father has a care provider named Crick . We initially set this up just for laundry, but Crick will help with cleaning, take him on a walk with his walker, In any other little chores, my father can’t do because he uses a walker. I just want to say thank you so much.

The care Brightstar care givers provided for my husband was wonderful. They were kind and thoughtful for a very hard situation. Kayla C was so dedicated and did a wonderful job. Thank you!

BrightStar was a great help to our family over the final weeks of my father's life. All staff were kind, courteous, and caring. They were prompt and responsive to our needs, and worked very well in conjunction with hospice's services. Kyla deserves individual recognition for her caretaking. She was a comfort and joy to have around during a hard time.

⸻ I had a very positive experience with BrightStar Care. I only needed assistance for a short period of time, but I was impressed with the quality and professionalism of the care provided. What I especially appreciated was their flexibility—they did not require a caregiver to be there for long blocks of time, and I could request as little as one hour, which was perfect for my needs. I was anxious about leaving but Susan calmed my anxiety and did a great job. The sign-up process with the nurse was easy and straightforward. Camila, the care manager, was excellent at keeping me informed about who would be arriving and exactly when, which gave me great peace of mind. Overall, I would highly recommend BrightStar Care for their responsiveness, flexibility, and compassionate service.

Cathy is caring, funny, and on top of every detail. We are so glad to have her help and we all enjoy spending time with her!
