This review is specifically for an employee of Brightstar and not the company itself. My husband has been their client since April 2023 and I really want to acknowledge his RN case manager Margo Collins. She is absolutely one of the best of the best. She is empathetic, professional, responsive, and displays in her work ethic that she wants what's best for the client and the family of the client. I could be the worst critic being an RN myself but I have not one negative I could say about her. I truly hope her company knows what an asset she is to them as people like her are hard to come by! Thank you Margo for what you have done for my husband and myself!!!! Know that you are appreciated and recognized!

We have been very happy with Lisa, who has provided great care for my dad. I love that she is super communicative, reliable, kind and has a great attention to detail. Our elderly father who lives independently recently fell and needed someone to check in on him daily. Brightstar arranged for Regina (who has become his consistent caregiver)to provide him with daily care. My dad is resistant to ask for help but Regina has a way with him. She provides whatever she thinks he needs and he won't turn her down. She takes him for walks, drives to appointments, cleans, cooks, does laundry, grocery shops, makes sure he takes his meds and provides him company. She treats our dad like he is her own parent, how much more can a family hope for. We were blessed to find her.
