I have been with Bright Star for a bit ,broke my femur and humerus! Thanks to my Pt and Ot I've been making hugh recovery .They are on time ,give you an advanced notice to when they are coming ,and always in good spirits. Thank you again Precious and Anna!!!!

I am so blessed to have bright star OT Ana E. she is so skilled and has a heart of gold there r no words to thank her for working w me and getting my ROM going. PT James is also amazing!! So professional explains why we r doing tasks. Always encouraging. When he first came to evaluate me we worked on goals. One getting out of bed. He showed me safe techniques to get out bed bc I was bed bound I was incontinent now I am able to go to bathroom these 2 professionals are amazing and I am blessed they r working w me. Thank you both thank you bright star!

Since I started my home care with brightstar ive had nothing but good experiences with them especially my nurse home visits Destiny Windham is a very good nurse beyond good with her home visits. Goes above and beyond. Keeps track of my meds and helps with refills of what I need. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for home health for a loved one or yourself

The person's who came to my house to help me with my knee replacement from BrightStar Hardik was the first person he was very nice easy to talk too. Well manner , very polite and professional at his job .I give him a A+ 2nd person was Nino who came to evaluate me for physical therapy. He was so patient with me explained every excise and telling me just to do what I could handle. He was well mannered Caring and very polite. I GIVE HIM A+ 3rd person was Julia she came to help me with physical therapy. She was so nice caring and easy to talk with wonderful personality. Professional with her job. I learned so much, that I still do my excise everything she taught me to get better. I give her A+ Overall, these employees who represent BrightStar, were fantastic at their jobs. You need more employees who like there jobs and are willing to help people. The only thing that I was so disappointed was the person who was to contact me for services. I MYSELF had to call Brightstar to see when ,I was going to start my home health services at my house. After, being home a couple of days they said they needed to run my insurance before they could send someone to help me. It took them 4 days or 5days before they send my nurse Mr. Hardik, I think you need to reteach your employees ahead of time so that they know what patients they are getting, run their insurance and pass it on to the professionals who can come visit their parents on time. For the staff who came to my house to assisted me, we'll you should take care of these employees who did a wonderful job and are willing to go a extra mile for your company. I cannot gush enough about Ana E (OT) and James (PT). I had cancer in my spinal cord and brain that rendered me partially immobile. Well months of home therapy with these two and I went from like 10 % to 95% fully functioning. They really listen to your needs and wants and create short and long term goals to work with you. They adjust based on what you want along the way or what you’re limited to. James and Ana E are super amazing , Bright Star Care is lucky to have them and I was lucky enough to be in their care. What they won’t do is let you feel sorry for yourself and will work their best to get you to your goals. You of course as the patient have to put in the hard work and they are there supporting you every step of the way. I’m sad that I have to continue on with more intense therapy as per Doctor orders through an outpatient facility but I know I’ll be fine because they provided me with a strong and solid foundation. Thank you for everything!

Roberto, my occupational therapist has been helping me a great deal from the beginning with lots of helpful exercise with pain reduction on my left arm and shoulder blades, grip strength for my daily chores and self care set an alarm in addition we also do the dumbbell weights and throwing and catching weighted balls,.gripper, therapy putty for my pinch and dexterity skills and I would like to continue with my occupational therapy sessions under Brightstar Care.

As first time parents we didnt know what to expect from OT. As we had a horrible experience with a different company. Mr. Roberto was very determined to get our son on the right track. He was caring and you can tell he loved his job. He taught us different techniques and also gave us advise with our son's low muscle tone. Milestones were set and also met before our little one graduated. Thank you Mr Roberto for all the help you gave u ms and helped our son.

Ana E. OT SHE IS AN excelent OT therapist she has beben working with my Down Syndrome daughter , helping her a lot . She treats my daughter with love and patient. She comes one e a week , She is very puntual.

Roberto Occupational Therapist was AMAZING!! He was so helpful in therapy every time he came over he was polite, helpful, and understanding. Even when my kids were running around he was very patient. Stretching and working on strengthening muscles from strokes. I appreciate Brightstar for blessing me with this man. Thank you!
