    Stephanie Barraza serves as the Branch Manager and Administrator, bringing a wealth of leadership experience and a passion for delivering exceptional home healthcare services. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence by empowering her team, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance, and ensuring every patient receives compassionate, personalized care.

    With extensive experience overseeing daily operations, Stephanie has successfully led multidisciplinary teams while driving operational efficiency, strengthening employee engagement, and enhancing the overall patient experience. Her collaborative leadership style, combined with her strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement, has made her an invaluable leader within the organization.

    Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Stephanie is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and plans to continue her education by earning a Master's degree in Business Administration. She believes that continuous education strengthens her ability to lead, innovate, and better serve both her team and the patients who depend on quality home healthcare services.

    Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stephanie is committed to building meaningful relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and the community. She believes that exceptional healthcare begins with trust, communication, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.

    Originally from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Tianna brings over a decade of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to service to her role as Operations Manager. She specializes in driving operational excellence while maintaining an unwavering focus on exceptional patient care.

    Throughout her career, Tianna has held key leadership and administrative roles in pediatric medicine and addiction treatment clinics. This diverse background established her strong foundation in healthcare operations, team leadership, and patient-centered service. She holds a Texas Alternate Administrator certification and is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, with future plans to pursue an MBA.

    A collaborative leader, Tianna believes in empowering her teams through accountability and compassion to create an environment where both patients and employees thrive. Outside of the office, she is motivated by her children and remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the communities she serves.

    Director of Nursing
    Amber Gomez, RN, is a dedicated healthcare executive and nursing leader with 16 years of comprehensive clinical and administrative experience. As Director of Nursing, she oversees clinical operations with a steadfast commitment to advancing quality patient care, supporting clinical excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Amber’s extensive career includes valuable foundational experience as both a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a Registered Nurse (RN). This dual perspective gives her a deep, well-rounded understanding of patient care delivery across the entire healthcare continuum. Throughout her professional journey, she has cultivated diverse clinical expertise by working in high-stakes environments, including critical care, dialysis, home health services, and physician offices. This breadth of experience allows her to navigate complex clinical challenges with agility and precise clinical judgment.

    As a strategic leader, Amber is passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals and building highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams. She believes that exceptional patient outcomes are rooted in strong leadership, professional development, and clinical integrity.     Human Resources Manager & Business Development Officer

    Troy Dahman, a native of Refugio, Texas, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare sector. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University, Troy excels in management, technical writing, healthcare management, and business process improvement.

    Currently serving as the Human Resources and Business Development Manager at BrightStar Care for over 4 years, Troy oversees recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.

    Troy's career includes leadership positions such as Center Director at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., and Grifols, where he demonstrated proficiency in managing operations, P&L, community relations, and regulatory compliance in the biopharmaceutical industry.

    Prior to this, Troy served as the Regional Director of Field Operations at United Blood Services, representing the Wyoming region. He also held the role of Manager of Donor Services, Fixed Site Operations at BioBridge Global, overseeing multiple community blood facilities, as well as other management roles over the span of 9 years.

    Additionally, Troy contributes to the community as a Board Member at Haven for Hope of Bexar County, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.

    Throughout his career, Troy has shown a commitment to driving organizational success through strategic initiatives, process improvements, and effective leadership.

This foundation fueled his passion for helping others improve their lives through movement, discipline, and personalized care.

    After moving to Texas, Patrick started his career as a personal trainer, quickly establishing a reputation for his client-centered approach. He believed that true success came from trust, communication, and personal accountability. This dedication to building close-knit relationships laid the foundation for a successful transition into the sales world.


    Today, Patrick serves as a Sales Representative at BrightStar Care, a leading provider in the home health sector. Since joining the team, he has played a key role in driving growth by bringing his relationship-first approach into the healthcare space. Patrick is recognized as a national sales leader within the organization, known for his ability to consistently deliver results in a highly competitive market.
