My son’s original nurse was injured, and after a few months with a temporary nurse and a different agency, we were suddenly switched to Brightstar where we met Christina. My family and I felt comfortable with Christina. What impressed me the most was how she was willing and able to adjust to my son’s needs at the moment and accommodated his request to receive his injection in the safety and comfort of the bedroom.
