Our first personal contact was with the lovely woman, named Rich, who attended us the first day we had help from BrightStar. She was most attentive to my husband's needs and was the coordinator of future help to attend to us in the subsequent 3 days of service. It was a great help to my wife so that she too could recuperate from our Covid experience. I had been hospitalized for 4 days with Covid due to dehydration, weakness, and cough and the care to consider my 90-year-old status. We are grateful for their kindnesses and Scott Drake was very considerate of our every request. He even demonstrated his concern by asking us to let him know we arrived home safely, which we did. Thank you, BrightStar for providing such dependable service.

I’ve had Ali for my past few visits and she’s absolutely amazing if I could give her the best nurse award I would. She’s always attentive and kind always shows up with positive caring uplifting energy. She really demonstrates her love and passion as a nurse and care in all she does. I tend to have really difficult veins and she’s the only person that I’ve ever met who always gets it in one stick with no pain. She is very bubbly kind and always has a smile on her face. She always wants to make sure that you’re always feeling comfortable and at ease during your infusion process. I also love how thorough she is she always checks my supplies and meds are up to date which is amazing I love the extra step of safety and precaution and she performs the whole infusion process beautifully never missing a thing. Couldn’t recommend her enough she is absolutely amazing and a delight to always see! 😊

Brightstar care is fantastic and very accommodating my nurse darian is very personable very nice and always kept me informed on what to expect during my treatments and she always called me the day before my infusiuns to check and make sure I was prepared with my premeds and supplies.

Vickie was an exceptional and outstanding nurse who always kept me well informed and when I had a problem with the meds or needed a question answered related to the antibiotic treatment it was done in an excellent and professional manner. She always answered and returned our phone calls very swiftly and would address any concerns or fears and advise me in a clear and concise manner. I am very thankful that Bright star care has such outstanding nurses who care about their patients.
