Our nurse (Carolyn Brennan) has been outstanding. She has been incredibly professional in helping us navigate the infusion process over the last several months. Carolyn shows up as scheduled, is well educated on the process, always has a confident yet positive attitude, and manages the setup and execution of the IV's flawlessly. We are very grateful that we have Carolyn as our nurse, she's amazing!

BrightStar Care in Milford has wonderful staff who are skilled, knowledgeable and very respectful of their customers. During the several months we worked with BrightStar we had nothing but positive experiences. The management staff also do a great job overseeing the care of the customers. If you are looking for at home care, you should consider BrightStar. We still miss some of the wonderful employees who helped keep my Mom out of the hospital and be home.

I was very pleased with BrightStar Care in Milford. The owner and Erika came to meet me and my family, and were personable and professional. They took time to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable with the process of bringing an aide into our home to help care for my dad. We were very happy the process of finding a good match for us. We only worked with them for a short time because my dad's illness progressed, but found their care and kindness a comfort in a difficult time.

The following is an email I sent to BrightStar Care in Milford, MA : Hi Erika, Just confirming that we should put all services on hold for my family member. As you know, she was admitted to Milford Regional Hospital on 3/12/21 and will, most likely go to a rehab from there. We would like her to go to a facility near us and still hope she will be able to return to her home. Thank You again, for your compassionate and skilled care, especially this past week! Can't thank Brightstar enough! We were desperate for assistance with my 92 year old dad, declining in his cognitive abilites. Isolated due to Covid, my 82 year old mom was left caring for him full time alone, and after 61 years of marriage she couldnt bear the thought of finding residential care. We connected with Brightstar and within about a week, help was on the way. Megan, Dad's caregiver has been a perfect match for him, AND comfort to my mom for a year now. She is highly attentive, compassionate and respectful. She reads with him, plays with him, helps with his personal care, and helps mom around the house as she can. She is not only good help, but good company! Brightstar as a company has been very professional and pleasant to deal with - and always willing to flex whenever we needed to modify our care schedule.
