I would give BrightStar Care 10 stars!! Richerlisse and Melissa have been great setting up care for my mother, often at the last minute. I can’t say enough good things about Maggie, Selena and Britnei. They are wonderful with her; caring, careful and compassionate. Very gentle with an old lady. I feel very comfortable knowing they are taking care of her and I don’t have to worry when someone is there. I wish I had found them sooner! I highly, highly recommend them.

I am writing this letter to recommend the nursing services of BrightStar Care of Milford-Framingham. Our school utilized BrightStar Care to provide on-call nursing coverage when our school nurse was unavailable. Throughout our collaboration, we found their team to be consistently professional and easy to work with. Despite the short-notice nature of our requests, their staff demonstrated high levels of responsiveness and clear communication, ensuring that our health office remained staffed and our students were cared for without interruption. The nurses provided to us were qualified, punctual, and integrated well into our school environment. We appreciated having a reliable partner to help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for our students. We value the on-call support BrightStar Care provided to our school and would recommend their school nursing services to other educational institutions looking for dependable staffing solutions.

We have been working with Brightstar Staffing for the past few months. They have been consistently able to get a nurse here when we've needed them. Everyone was polite and accommodating when working with our school. It's been a very snowy school year. The times when I have to reach out for help to reschedule, they have been wonderful at finding coverage for these shifts. They have been fantastic about communicating with us on every level and providing feedback. The nurses and home staff ask a lot of questions to ensure that they know what skills are needed to cover the shifts. The nurses have never come unprepared and are easy to work with. We would recommend Brightstar Staffing to any company looking for help with their nursing needs.

Outstanding service! They currently provide me with at home infusions. They were able to work around my fulltime schedule and provide infusion services after work. The attending Nurse was punctual, caring, the infusion was painless, there was even an emergent issue with some of the supplies sent to my home and the Nurse (Courteny) was able to resolve it immediately. I would highly recommend BrightStar to anyone requiring at home services!!
