Hiring NOW: HHA / CNA Coverage Caregiver – Full-Time Guaranteed 40+ Hours

$22/hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Weekly Pay

Important:

  • This role requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights
  • This is not a fixed schedule or single-client position
  • Candidates must be comfortable traveling throughout the Milford-Framingham, MA service area
  • Guaranteed hours are fulfilled through a combination of field shifts and assigned office time

What You’ll Do:

  • Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts (days, evenings, weekends, or overnights)
  • Take the first shift for new client starts
  • Support urgent staffing needs across the service area
  • Work in our Milford office as assigned when field coverage is not needed
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Manager on weekly coverage planning

Requirements:

  • Strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care (transfers, bathing, mobility assistance) required — CNA preferred

  • CPR/BLS Certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross only – can be renewed during onboarding
  • Physical/Doctor’s Note and Proof of negative TB test within the last year – can be obtained during onboarding
  • Strong reliability, flexibility, and responsive to scheduling needs

We’re hiring dependable and compassionate Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support clients in the Milford–Framingham area.

Hiring NOW: Infusion RN (Per Diem) | $50/hr | Flexible Scheduling

Massachusetts Coverage | Independent Field-Based Role

BrightStar Care of Milford–Framingham is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) with strong IV and infusion experience to provide in-home infusion visits across Massachusetts.

This role is ideal for nurses who prefer flexibility, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care.

Current Coverage Areas:

  • Plymouth region
  • Springfield region
  • Worcester County (Oxford area)
  • Greater Boston area

Additional referrals may arise across the service area.

What You'll Get:

  • $50/hour base pay

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer IV therapies (Biologics, IVIG, Iron, Ilaris, Filgrastim)
  • Perform venipuncture: (Start peripheral IVs, port access, dressing changes)
  • Coordinate care plans and communicate with supervising RN
  • Accurately document each visit in a timely and professional manner

What We Need:

  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Recent experience in independent home infusion nursing/hospital infusion setting
  • CPR/BLS Certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross only – can be renewed during onboarding
  • Physical/Doctor’s Note and Proof of negative TB test within the last year – can be obtained during onboarding
  • A valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle for travel

Travel Expectation:

This role involves driving to patient homes across the service area, sometimes to different regions depending on infusion schedules.

Hiring NOW: LPN | $48/hr | Weekday School Schedule (No Weekends)

Hopkinton Area | Predictable Weekly Hours

We are hiring a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a structured weekday school bus assignment in the Hopkinton area.

This is a steady weekday role with a predictable schedule, ideal if you’re looking for consistency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ride the school bus with a student requiring medical support
  • Administer medications as needed
  • Monitor for seizures or medical conditions
  • Provide trach or basic nursing care if needed
  • Ensure a safe and smooth ride to and from school

You will drive your own vehicle to the Hopkinton pickup location, park, ride the bus with the student, and return to your vehicle after each run.

The Role:

  • School Bus Run – Hopkinton (Monday–Friday)
  • Morning & afternoon split shift
  • Approximately 25 – 30 hours per week

This is a weekday split-shift assignment, not a single full-day block.

What You Need:

  • Active MA LPN license
  • Fingerprint & background check from Hopkinton Public Schools – (Fingerprinting will be reimbursed)
  • CPR/BLS Certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross only – can be renewed during onboarding
  • Physical/Doctor’s Note and Proof of negative TB test within the last year – can be obtained during onboarding
  • Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation

This role requires consistent weekday availability for both morning and afternoon shifts.
