Because we use a team-based approach, if one caregiver is sick, we can typically provide a qualified replacement to ensure continuity of care.
We offer different levels of care, and costs vary based on the type of service and the number of hours per week. Our intake coordinator will discuss your situation during an in-home visit and provide a personalized quote. We can also help you explore payment options, including long-term care insurance.
BrightStar Care handles all payroll, taxes, insurance, and administrative responsibilities. We can also assist with billing and documentation for your long-term care insurance company.
Our agencies follow best practices from The Joint Commission and the CDC. All professional care staff receive extensive training on infection control, proper hand hygiene, and respiratory etiquette. Many of these measures were already standard practice before COVID-19.
Choosing BrightStar Care offers important advantages:
  • All caregivers are screened, trained, bonded, and insured
  • We ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and high standards for safety and infection control
  • We handle all payroll and paperwork, saving you time and stress
  • We maintain a large, high-quality team, which helps ensure a reliable, compatible caregiver is available when you need one
We care for seniors, adults, infants, and children, and we’re here for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
