Hiring NOW: HHA/CNA/Caregivers | Per Diem + Weekly Pay |

Pay: $19/hr for HHAs, $20/hr for CNAs

Serving Milford, Framingham & nearby towns only (within 15–20 miles)

What You’ll Need To Get Started

• 6+ months caregiving experience or an active MA CNA License
• Valid driver’s license + insured car (policy can be under another name)
• CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) — can be renewed during onboarding if expired
• TB Test & Physical (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding

What Our CNAs, HHAs & Caregivers Do

Provide one-on-one home care for seniors — assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and household tasks, while offering companionship and support. We’re looking for caregivers with genuine hands-on experience who are comfortable helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

Hiring NOW: Home Infusion RN | $50/hr | Per Diem + Weekly Pay|

Looking for a flexible Infusion RN role with strong pay, clinical independence, and a nurse-led support team that gets it?

Join BrightStar Care of Milford–Framingham and provide advanced, in-home IV therapy across Massachusetts.

What You’ll Do

• Administer IV therapies (IVIG, Iron, Biologics, Ilaris, Filgrastim, etc.)
• Start peripheral IVs, access ports, and manage dressings
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with the supervising RN
• Document visits accurately and promptly
• Deliver top-quality care as an independent Infusion RN in the field

What We Need

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Home Infusion RN experience
• Active BLS/CPR certification — from AHA or Red Cross only, can be completed during onboarding
• Physical or TB test (both within 1 year; chest X-ray valid within 5 years) — can be completed during onboarding
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle — (insurance can be under another name)
