BrightStar has been 5-star experience! They are organized, responsive to text or e-mail, and employ respectful and attentive caregivers. If I needed to contact Fran (billing department) or scheduling (Maria) or Susan (owner) they were accessible, responsive, ethical, and professional. We have used BrightStar for over 1 year for caregiving services 7 days/week. Brightstar goes the extra mile. Previously, we used a different caregiver company and they fell short compared to Brightstar.

Susan was assigned to us to assist my father as his health was declining rather quickly. As the rest of the family does not live locally, Susan was a Godsend in assisting our mother through this difficult time as well as keeping my brothers and me up to date of daily happenings and openly sharing her thoughts and suggestions on the best care possible for my father moving forward. Having an empathetic, understanding, intelligent professional care giver who was able to guide us in the best direction, offering suggestions and managing schedules with outside nursing care givers on the inside where we could not be due to COVID and distance was invaluable. Susan was readily available for phone calls to answer questions, give daily updates, or simply to offer kindness to a family whose hearts were breaking at the thought of losing our beloved father and husband. I called Brightstar looking for home nursing care for my disabled daughter. I spoke with Jennifer Richardson. After research Jennifer called back to say they do not accept our insurance. HOWEVER, She went on to say that she called a few local agencies and talked with one that could help. She not only called me back to share her findings, she also gave me the insurance information I would need to proceed with another agency. That has never happened before. Jennifer truly went above and beyond to help. This is an agency I would love to be part of.

Brightstar has taken care of both my mother and father during the past six years. I would recommend them to anyone as they have done a spectacular job for our family. The care provided by Brightstar has allowed our family to rest easy even though all of us live outside of Florida.

Brightstar Care of Sarasota has provided 24 hour care to an 88 year old client and her 90 year old companion for almost 9 months. The quality of service has been excellent. The care givers are professional, kind and considerate and if there is a conflict with a particular care giver Brightstar is quick to supply a more suitable replacement care provider. Susan has gone above and beyond in her attention to the client's needs , such as attending doctor's appointments and gathering information regarding assisted living facilities, even when it might mean the loss of business for Brightstar. Brightstar Care of North Sarasota provided care for my 93 old mother for 9 months. During that time, her nurse, Cyndi, was a loving and caring part of her life. Cyndi was a tremendous help to me by keeping me informed of my mother's condition and moods. She was wonderful. Scheduling and billing was an easy process with this company. Everyone was helpful and kind. Highly recommend them.
