Jeff and Susan Cooper are the proud owners of the North Sarasota BrightStar Care franchise, a private duty home health agency that has been serving Sarasota and Manatee counties since 2011. At BrightStar Care, we provide private duty, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients homes. We provide services to meet our clients needs such as skilled care, personal care, transportation, meal prep, companionship and more!

With a passion for giving back to their community, the Coopers have been building BrightStar Care into the reliable and trusted agency that families place their trust into everyday, since 2011. Jeff graduated from The University of Kentucky where he studied Psychology and Susan graduated from The University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Master’s in Social Work. Both Jeff and Susan agree that what they do is extremely important and feel fulfilled knowing the services they provide to their clients can be life changing. Jeff and Susan feel honored to be able to provide peace of mind to those who are looking to give their loved ones in-home care. They believe that being hands-on and available owners is what sets them apart. Within their own families, they remembered their grandparents receiving private duty services at home as they aged in place. Susan and Jeff want to share this same support and peace of mind, that was given to their own families. The Coopers have developed strong industry relationships and pride themselves on the standard of care they provide to their clients each and every day.
