Does BrightStar Care® of North Sarasota offer specialty home care services?
Yes, we provide specialized home care for children, adults, and seniors throughout the North Sarasota area, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care, special needs and disability care, pediatric care, respite care, and skilled nursing care.
What are your hiring practices for nurses and caregivers?
All caregivers and nurses are required to be properly trained, certified, and/or licensed per Florida law in order to work with BrightStar Care of North Sarasota. We also require home care employees to pass a background check and drug screen, have current CPR certification, and complete a tuberculosis (TB) test.
Is there RN oversight at BrightStar Care® of North Sarasota?
Yes, RN oversight is an essential element of our in-home care approach. Our Director of Nursing—a registered nurse (RN)—creates, supervises, and guides all client care plans and care teams. This provides your family with higher quality care at home.
