I have used Bright Star agency since my foot surgery in May., They have been very helpful to meeting my needs for a driver, errands & light chores around the house. I especially enjoyed having Elayna help me at the house. As soon as she arrived she set about a big list of things I needed help with. She is super efficient and motivated. She is a great example of many of the agency, but stands out as someone I will continue to have in my home for help.

Kiara has been a blessing. She is really patient and willing to help in however needed. My son loves spending the day with her and looks forward to her arrival each morning. He even says the times when she isn’t around are not as fun as when she is.

Hannah was really great. First and most, she is so knowledgeable and skilled in putting on IV. She only took her a couple of seconds after she finds vain. I hardly felt pain for more than seconds. She talked to me and asked for my opinion where and when to start. She's quick. She is also very organized getting all supplies ready. During my IV, she was watching closely for any noises from the pump. Asking how i feel every few minutes. She watched the pump speed and check on my IV. At the end, she gets everything cleaned and supplies stored back in a bag. She is very energetic. She is also neat, considerate, respectful, and humble. We even shared stories about our families. She knows what is she doing and she is confident in IV procedure. She seems that she takes her job seriously. Thank you for having such amazing staff
