I used bright star to assist with taking care of my mother since August 2020. Destini is the one I would ask for to help with my mother and she was always willing to be there if she was available. Destini has always been patient and caring and worked well with my mother helping her with her daily tasks, strengthening exercises , playing games and was a good companion when I needed someone to be with her. Destini has met just about everyone in my family and became part of our family

BrightStar Care has been amazing for my family. My grandmother used to fall multiple times a night when we would leave her, and it terrified my family knowing that she was alone all night long. Once we brought BrightStar into the mix, she hasn't had a single fall at night! They're overnight care for her has been amazing, and even my grandma feels safer now! The staff is always kind, and willing to do so much to help her out!

Brightstar Homecare is one of the best companies that i have worked for in my whole caregiving career. I have had so many family things go on and Brightstar is always there to help me with what ever I may need. The staff there is amazing and friendly. Always enjoy going into the office. They also ask for the caregiver’s opinion on things, and what the company can improve on or train you on. If you are just getting your career started or wanting to change companies Brightstar is the place for you! They also take pride in making sure the families are taken care of and that they are happy! I have never seen such a caring place of employment.

BrightStar Care has been a wonderful new change in my career. As a CNA, I take a lot of pride in providing care, professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. I am privileged with the opportunity to care for an individual’s specific needs far more than I have in previous healthcare settings. The company is always there if I have questions or concerns.
