Review for Char (Marion), Nurse for BrightStar Care: Char Is an excellent nurse and I have made tremendous steps in the healing process under her care. I met her in mid-March when I first started with BrightStar. The problem started as little ulcers on each side of ankle with the left foot, I thought it was another pyoderma gangrenosum and so did my doctor. That diagnosis was wrong and it looked like I had a flesh eating disease because the size of the holes kept growing, getting wider and deeper. The correct diagnosis was Livedoid Vasculopathy and this auto Immune blood disorder had eaten out big holes on either side of my ankle. It started to heal after I was able to get BrightStar and Char on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, days that Medicare would not cover. She is patient, kind, and knows medicine, as well as how to clean and bandage my wound without a lot of pain. I give her the very top rating and I thank her for her knowledge, patience, and kindness.

Cassie Burdick is Five star in every way for us! She has been coming to our house for over a year and is the best of all BrightStar help we’ve had. She does all we ask -is very efficient with what we need done and does a terrific job with a great attitude. We couldn’t ask for anyone better!

My care giver Re’Neka Taylor is very attentive to me. She helps me with everything I need help with. She takes me outside and sits with me. She plays cards with me and sits with me when I watch tv. She also keeps my room clean. Lester Bromley

Emily Taylor has been absolutely amazing for me and my husband’s sake. We have been through a lot these past months and she has exceeded our expectations from this company. Brightstar has been a Godsend for our family! They have partnered with us to provide safeguards for my aging parents and to enable my father to continue living in comfort and safety with my mother. His caregiver Raghdaa has so much heart and integrity! My parents love her! She cares for my father with the utmost attention and intention. My dad was worried about losing his dignity relying on a caregiver. His dignity has increased as he is now immaculately groomed, more comfortable, and less reliant on my aging mother. My mother has more time to for herself, and she and my father enjoy Raghdaa’s companionship! Truly Raghdaa has gone up and above the call of duty for my parents and is all that we hoped for in a caregiver. Though, I had heard great things about Brightstar, they too have exceeded my expectations! They have been promptly responsive, communicative and I have confidence in their integrity!

Our experience with BrightStar Care has been wonderful. They sent Paul (PT) to our house after my mom had knee replacement surgery and he was wonderful. Not only did he help with my mother’s physical therapy, but he also helped Me put together some assistive devices for her to make her more comfortable in the home. Paul was very kind, patient and worked very well with my mother. He would be out first choice in the future if we needed physical therapy in the home again. Thank you for the extraordinary care.
