Update: still a 5 star review. While my son’s nurse was on leave, nurse Ashley Collins took over and she’s just as amazing. She was willing to learn a new infusion pump to help my son and she was so patient. She is always smiling and always comes into the visit so positive. Any patient will be lucky to get services provided by nurse Ashely! Thank you Ashley!
My son and I are fairly new with brightstar but so far im so happy with how it’s going. Nurse Laura is amazing. We had a rough start on our first day with the IV because he was a hard stick, but nurse Laura was patient and so kind and tried to resolve the issue in any way she could. And she’s so loving and caring with my son and gets him goodies so he can get comfortable with her. Thank you nurse Laura !

I have had the pleasure of talking with several people at the office and they have all been very helpful. The standout though has been my nurse Ashley! She is very caring and through and really goes the extra mile to make sure I’m well taken care of. I’ve have several reactions to my infusion therapy and Ashley has come up with caring solutions.
I’m very happy with Bright Star but especially with Ashley.

This is the 2nd time for my mother getting her infusion at home. Josh was the administering nurse for my mother's first at home infusion. Josh was very nice, skilled and professional during the 5 hour infusion. He is thankfully coming again for the 2nd infusion. Great company and staff 👍
We recently hired BrightStar Care to take care of my elderly grandparents 96 and 98 years old. They are still very active and with it but needed help with some of their ADLs. The whole team from BrightStar really stepped up. Manda, Haley, and the entire office staff were a delight. The caregivers, Kimmie, Crystal, Leeann, and Dalia were top notch. If I could give 10stars I would.

I’ve been a patient with Bright Star for over 5 years and have had the pleasure to work with RN Brian to do my bi-weekly infusions. Brian is a great nurse that is accommodating, professional, and willing to take the time to attend to his patients. Brian is great at communicating his availability, which makes it easy for me to schedule my next infusion or to reschedule for another time, if needed. Brian is also on time and punctual when it comes to seeing his patients. Overall, Brian is a great nurse who cares about his patients and their health care needs.

From Maggie Tougas- My husband had major back surgery on November 13, 2025. I was still recovering from hernia surgery and needed help taking care of him. Thanks to the Doctor, we were set up with Brightstar for nursing help. Aileen was our primary nurse, and Clarissa secondary nurse. We had help almost every day for over a week. Brightstar scheduling contacted us daily and made sure we had help. The nurses were extremely helpful, attentive, and we became friends! I have already recommended Brightstar to friends who need a home health nurse for their loved one. They are truly a blessing!

I’m so happy with my service. They work with my schedule so I don’t have to take off work. My nurse Brian Mcnelly has been fantastic. He’s friendly and professional. He is also punctual and his communication has kept us from running into conflicts with schedules and pharmacy deliveries.
Excellent service! Brian is friendly, professional, and very thorough with the medication. His hospitality is top-notch. I highly recommend their at-home service — it’s convenient, reliable, and handled with real care.

This was my mother’s first home infusion experience with BrightStar, and naturally, she was very nervous—not just about the infusion itself, but also due to the emotional trauma she had experienced from previous hospitalizations. Despite trying her best to remain open-minded, those past memories weighed heavily on her.
From the moment Nurse Laura Pearson walked through the door, everything began to change.
Laura was warm, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. She spoke to my mother with such kindness and clarity, encouraging her to trust the process and, more importantly, to trust her. She was gentle and respectful every step of the way—always attentive, detail-oriented, and cautious with my mother’s health. Her organization and cleanliness were also impressive and brought a sense of peace into what could have been a very stressful situation.
We were able to build a strong rapport almost immediately. It felt less like meeting a healthcare professional and more like reconnecting with someone we’ve known for a long time. On the second day of infusion, while my mother was still somewhat anxious, she recognized the sincere care and empathy that Laura brought into her work. That sincerity made a lasting impact.
Because of Nurse Laura, we now feel hopeful and comforted about the future infusions ahead. She didn’t just provide excellent clinical care—she helped restore our confidence in the process and reminded us what compassionate nursing truly looks like.
We are beyond pleased and incredibly grateful to have Laura Pearson as our nurse.
