Just the ability to have my infusion at home deserves 5 stars! On top of that, everyone at BrightStar is super personable. Amanda has been doing my infusions and having her over is a delite. Infusion nurses sit in your home and that can be weird, iykyk, but i'm always really glad to have Amanda here for a few hours! She's super knowledgable and capable- my veins are *shyyyy*! More than that, she's fun and kind and I genuinely enjoy what would otherwise be a boring (at best) visit from an infusion nurse. She's the best and I am so grateful that she works with my schedule and I get to have the same person come to poke me with needles 🤣

BrightStar Care has made a positive impact on my daily living. Working with Physical Therapist Jon has helped me gain confidence, and he has done a tremendous job. I highly recommend BrightStar Care and PT Jon for the best care. Thank you!

BrightStar has been a vital partner to us for over 5 years, when we moved here from the East coast. Our daughter, now 29, was diagnosed with MS when she was 18 and has been in decline ever since. She receives a weekly home infusion, which lasts about 4 hours. Every week, for almost 9 years now. She is not mobile so a visiting nurse is required and I wanted to write about her nurse, Ashley C. I don't normally write reviews, but to have my daughter tell us how thrilled she is to have Ashly C. as her nurse means something. It means a lot, in fact, and it's a reflection on BrightStar overall to have her represent them. It's hard to sum up 5 years of home infusions. A nurse has many obligations and responsibilities. These revolve around professional training and experience specific to my daughter's condition. Responsibility for the ongoing relationship, and responsibility in general in terms of punctuality, cleanliness, communication with other providers and MOST importantly, responsibility for the patient's well-being. Ashley is beyond professional - she is compassionate and caring and always follows up to check on her. My daughter loves Ashley, and there's a reason why. Thanks so much for your ongoing support! We are grateful to the entire BrightStar team - including a huge shout out to Josh, also an unbelievable nurse! - don't ever lose him and don't ever lose Ashley!!

Update: still a 5 star review. While my son’s nurse was on leave, nurse Ashley Collins took over and she’s just as amazing. She was willing to learn a new infusion pump to help my son and she was so patient. She is always smiling and always comes into the visit so positive. Any patient will be lucky to get services provided by nurse Ashely! Thank you Ashley! My son and I are fairly new with brightstar but so far im so happy with how it’s going. Nurse Laura is amazing. We had a rough start on our first day with the IV because he was a hard stick, but nurse Laura was patient and so kind and tried to resolve the issue in any way she could. And she’s so loving and caring with my son and gets him goodies so he can get comfortable with her. Thank you nurse Laura !

I have had the pleasure of talking with several people at the office and they have all been very helpful. The standout though has been my nurse Ashley! She is very caring and through and really goes the extra mile to make sure I’m well taken care of. I’ve have several reactions to my infusion therapy and Ashley has come up with caring solutions. I’m very happy with Bright Star but especially with Ashley.

This is the 2nd time for my mother getting her infusion at home. Josh was the administering nurse for my mother's first at home infusion. Josh was very nice, skilled and professional during the 5 hour infusion. He is thankfully coming again for the 2nd infusion. Great company and staff 👍

We recently hired BrightStar Care to take care of my elderly grandparents 96 and 98 years old. They are still very active and with it but needed help with some of their ADLs. The whole team from BrightStar really stepped up. Manda, Haley, and the entire office staff were a delight. The caregivers, Kimmie, Crystal, Leeann, and Dalia were top notch. If I could give 10stars I would.
