“Hey there! My name is Caprielle Carboni and I am the Director of Nursing with BrightStar Care in MA.
I have been lucky enough to be providing compassionate care within the healthcare world for 10 years now,
working in a variety of settings that ultimately led me to find my heart in homecare.
I started off as a CNA working alongside and learning from amazing nurses that inspired me to expand my career in helping others, and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Regis College in Westin, MA. My clinical background includes wound care, Alzheimer’s/dementia, stroke, cardiac-telemetry, IV infusion therapy, and much more. As the Director of Nursing, I am committed to ensuring that our caregivers provide the highest standard of care, focusing on safety, providing one-on-one personalized care, and maintaining the health and overall wellbeing of you or your loved one.
When I am not wearing my nursing hat, I enjoy spending time with my fur babies, getting out on the golf course, and traveling to as many places as I can!”
