As a social worker in a SNF with a father who suddenly needed services, I couldn't recommend Jack and BrightStar more! As a daughter seeing things through a new professional lense, Jack made me feel no question was irrelevant and was quick to put me at ease. Prompt attention to getting me information and eager to help....I feel confident in the services!

I highly recommend this agency. The caregivers are friendly and courteous. I have used several different agencies in the past and this has been the most reliable. Myeshia, Kaydian and Zaire are excellent caregivers. They are very capable and conscientious. I am wheelchair-bound and require a lot of assistance and these ladies go above and beyond taking wonderful care of me. I would like to give a big thank you to the Brightstar team.

I absolutely LOVE Brightstar Care of Pinellas! My daughter's nurse, Wendy S. is a very knowledgeable and wonderfully attentive pediatric nurse! She hears and communicates very well to us, mom and dad. At the same time, she listens to and validates and communicates very well with my daughter. My daughter has special needs and is highly medically complicated. We have had nursing on and off over the years. It had been difficult to find an agency that has knowledgeable nurses that actually validate and care for my daughter. Brightstar has staffed every shift that we needed and wanted (even last minute requests. ) The office is very professional and attentive and cares for their kiddos. You can tell that it all starts from the top. The office crew are fully hands on and eager to help both the staff and kiddos alike

I absolutely love this company. Very caring and makes you feel at home! Shifts are always available, and great if you need to make your own schedule. Had a great experience since I’ve been hired would definitely recommend!

BrightStar immediately answered the call when my 89 year old Father became too challenging to care for after a hospital stay. After two bumpy weeks of revolving Home Health Aids and one no show, BrightStar assigned us a true gem in Tish. First, let me say that Melissa was amazing to work with when I called with my concerns on getting consistent scheduling for Dad. Melissa narrowed it down to two consistent faces and we then started to see a real change in Dad. Tish has been amazing - patient, kind, considerate. She goes above and beyond for Dad. It has been a complete turnaround after only two months. Tish helped Dad return to good habits on liquid consumption, taking walks, grooming, etc. Thank you BrightStar. Debbie Moan cared for my mom Barbara and of course helped my dad care for her too. Debbie is a wonderful CNA. She was very caring and attentive to my mom's needs. She got her to smile, laugh, dance and even say a few words. Debbie is dependable and supportive to my dad and our family. She is a hard worker and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caregiver. She is very deserving of being recognized as an exceptional employee of Brightstar.
