There are not enough words to describe BrightStar Care. Wonderful, empathetic, professional, caring, supportive, excellent…these all fall short. When the need arose to help care for a loved one, I was given BrightStar’s name, and thank goodness. Not only did they provide excellent CNA care, but also nursing help, round the clock when needed. In addition to the usual services, everyone was kind and compassionate toward my loved one, and me. When our schedule changed at the last minute, they adjusted, and still covered every shift we needed! From the office staff including Amanda and Stephanie, to Jessica Torres, RN our liaison, to all the individual caregivers – yes, I’m going to list them all because they were all fantastic! BrightStar Care has been so amazing to work with. Their office staff Mike, Jock, Mandi and Stephanie have gone above and beyond to accommodate my mom's schedule requirements for care. And the caregivers are so sweet. My mom formed a friendship bond with Elisabeth and we all love her! Debra and Nadia are very personable and helpful. I can not adequately express how much of a relief it is to have good, reliable care available for the ones you love.

I wanted to thank your organization's care of my father. We had wonderful aides like Felix, Winston, Lucero to name a few. When it was time for more, your nursing team directed by Chastity was outstanding. Thank you so much for your care and support Jess, Karresa, Carol, Terria, and Pam! I hope I did not forget anyone because they helped us at such a difficult time.

I first met Jessica Torres in September when I needed Certified Nursing Assistance for my husband in a health care center. She put me at ease, answered all my questions and assured me that Brightstar Care would quickly set up help we needed. My husband was very difficult to work with. Brightstar was up for the challenge and continued to find the most appropriate care available for my husband for the 4 months he was in the facility. At that point he was discharged from the healthcare facility to his apartment due to his continual roaming and the facility’s inability to control the situation. Jessica and a specialized gerontology nurse practitioner spoke with my husband and then came to the apartment to evaluate the feasibility of him being there. Based on their knowledge and expertise they advised me that it was unlikely that the move would be successful even with a registered nurse in attendance. They were indeed correct as his stay in the apartment lasted less than a day. Brightstar has outstanding professionalism and excellent communication. I felt they truly cared about my husband and helped me through a very difficult situation. They were considerate of my feelings and truly honest with their expert opinions. I would highly recommend Brightstar Care.

I'm so grateful and so impressed with BrightStar. Your nurses have been so helpful and so professional. I really appreciate their great reporting to each other. I haven't had to be there to train any new people- they pass on all the information so thoroughly and competently. I'm finally able to really relax again knowing my mom is in good hands. Dely, April and Christine have been real standouts. I'm so grateful!

Michele Lynch at Brightstar is a huge resource for the senior community, I feel empowered with the information she shared with me for my residents at my building and will definitely be using Brightstar.
