I used Brightstar to pick me up from surgery and stay with me overnight. It gave me such peace to know they screen all the employees and are bonded and insured. Chantell, the certified home health care professional that picked me up , was just wonderful and provided excellent care. She is so positive and upbeat that she lifted my spirits after surgery. I highly recommend her and the Brightstar organization.

My aunt was taken care of by Myeshia Williams for over 3 years. She was so loving and professional with her care and was the only caregiver outside of our family and her physical therapist that my aunt trusted. She was gentle, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my aunt's wellbeing. She went above and beyond to do things that she knew would help my aunt improve, including reaching out to her family that lived far away to let us know we could come and visit. She made our visits comfortable and enjoyable but, allowed us time with our aunt without interference. She was a great communicator and made sure that our aunt called one of us at least once a week. We are moving our aunt to an assisted living home closer to family but, we are sad to leave Myeshia and highly recommend her to any family needing care for their loved one. She is a gem!

I have been working with Brightstar on behalf of my 96 year-old Mom for a little over a year now, and they have been very responsive and accommodating to her/our needs. We are now at the point where my Mom has consistency with the very same aides each week, which has allowed all involved to develop good working relationships and friendships together. My Mom's personal aides both Ellen and Shayla go above and beyond to take care of Mom's age-onset needs, and we very much appreciate all they do for her. We use Brightstar Care exclusively, and I highly recommend that you do too!.
