Before transitioning into the healthcare sector, Robin spent over 20 years honing his leadership and operational expertise within a Fortune 500 company. He eventually decided to leverage that corporate experience to build a mission-driven business focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Under his leadership, BrightStar Care has grown into a leading home healthcare provider throughout the county, reflecting Robin’s unwavering commitment to excellence and the well-being of his neighbors.

With nearly two decades of experience in the home health care industry, Manda has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of clients and their families. Her journey with Brightstar began in 2018 when she joined as the HR Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insight to the organization. In 2020, Manda’s expertise propelled her into the Administrator role, where she continued to drive positive change. Today, as Director of Operations, she guides her team to consistently achieve exceptional care outcomes and foster ongoing business growth. Manda’s compassionate approach, paired with her strategic leadership, ensures that every service not only meets, but exceeds expectations.

With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Chassity has dedicated her career to delivering exceptional care across all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Driven by a passion for nursing and an unwavering commitment to quality, she ensures that every client enjoys the best possible experience in the comfort of their own home.
