As a non-medical caregiver, you are not required to be licensed to work with BrightStar Care of Rancho Cucamonga; though, you do need to obtain certification as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the state of California. All caregivers working at our Rancho Cucamonga home care agency must also complete background checks, tuberculosis (TB) tests, and CPR certification.
