I've been going to infusion centers for years, and most infusion nurses are quite nice. The past 6 months, however, I've been having home infusions from Danette Bentz at Brightstar. And let me say, she is a cut above all the infusion nurses I've known. She's so caring, skilled, experienced, compassionate, and above all, very kind. I very highly recommend her!

I have known the owner, Ignacio Cespedes, for over ten years and I cannot recommend him and his team of caregivers and nurses more highly! My full left knee replacement was the end of May . Confusion occurred with last minute details being finalized unknowing to Brightstar . However Brightstar immediately made Accommodations for my care . I was contacted first by Jackie for in home care nursing . Followed shortly after Megan called appointments were scheduled with out hesitation . Even though both Jackie and Megan already had a busy weeks scheduled . Megan very professionally set appointments. Jackie my in home nurse and Megan my Physical Therapist with their Professional approach set me on a path to a successful recovery . I have a second knee replacement surgery potentially scheduled for the first part of next year and I will request again the service of Brightstar along with Jackie and Megan again they were A essential to my recovery. I had the pleasure of having Megan Bentley as my Physical Therapist for the past 3 weeks. She was kind and answered all my questions. After having issues finding a company to provide the necessary PT, Megan made a point of coming to see me on a Saturday after my total knee replacement surgery knowing it was important not to make me wait thru the holiday weekend. I appreciate her integrity, compassion and knowledge of her trade. Thru her support and guidance, I am well on the road to recovery! I recently had knee revision and I had Richard L from Brightstar for physical therapy he was knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns regarding recovery. Richard was very professional and I will be requesting him for any feature needs I have with my knees.

My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and is using BrightStar Care of Roseville. After going through the process of making sure that we had the right Caregiver (because there were some that did not match with our needs and personalities, or for some reason or another, we had to get a "New" caregiver), We have been very satisfied with the their services. Floshade is our Caregiver for almost a year now. We are so lucky to have her. She is wonderful. She is respectful, understanding, and always provides the best of care for Ted. "Shade" is a wonderful representative of what a great Caregiver should be. Once a year, we are interviewed regarding my husbands needs, etc. and are provided with the list. "Shade" has done all without even looking at a "List". She makes sure that Ted is comfortable and safe, fed and kept clean, and that his surroundings are clean, and keeps him entertained with a game or just listening and talking with him. She has become my friend, my relief, a blessing. Thanks to Shade, I have not lost all of my sanity. I have two that worked with us. Zapphire went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to ask for anything. Denitra was also the same. They were quick about managing my to do list to make sure everything was done timely. We try to keep a clean home and they made sure to keep it that way. They made Amy feel confident and comfortable when helping her. I highly recommend them!

Shavon was fabulous!!!! I wish she could move in so i would have her all the time. She went through my list in an hour and asked me for more. Heaven!!!
