Heather, and BrightStar Care overall, has been a lifeline for our family. When a serious hospital situation arose with my father-in-law and I was on the other side of the country, Heather personally went to the hospital and served as my proxy, advocating for him through a complicated and stressful situation with grace and determination. Janelli, the caregiver, who on short notice, accompanied Heather to help out, provided key support in the situation as well. Charlie, working the swing shift 11pm - 7am(!!), and then Ted the next morning, rounded out the follow-on shifts on short notice to really stick the landing getting us through that critical time with seamless caregiving. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. The caregivers, schedulers, and the whole BrightStar team have been outstanding across the board -- reliable, compassionate, and truly invested in our loved one's wellbeing. For families like ours who are managing care from a distance, having people you can truly trust to be an advocate -- not just a caregiver -- is priceless. BrightStar has been exactly that stopgap we needed, and they've filled it with heart. We're so grateful. Highly recommend.

Superb home health agency. I have worked with several so far and they are the best in Santa Barbara. They have cared for my 85 year old father with Parkinson's for months, consistently sending experienced, kind, well trained caregivers to assist him. Maria, Grace and Amanda are stand outs. I have been an assistant to Letty L. for many years. I'm very close to the family and often help with the operations of the household. I've witness many BrightStar employees come and go. There have been a few who's performance stands out, but none match the magnitude of Cristina Elacio. I'm so impressed that I felt the need to inform BrightStar as Cristina should to be commended. Along with her patience with Letty, she really cares and takes pride in everything she does. She's an excellent cook and prepares delectable meals that Letty loves. She does the weekly grocery shopping and makes sure everything, along with the toiletry supplies, are well stocked. It’s obvious that Cristina goes above and beyond! BrightStar Care was fundamental for my son's care. Evangelina and others always made sure my son's was well taken care of. Evangelina provided my son with warmth each time she sang with. He love her for that!

Grace led me through the infusion process with knowledge, care, and just the right amount of humor. The three visits were well planned so that by the fourth I was ready to go solo. Thanks for teaching me with compassion and, of course, grace!

I have Nancy as my nurse for my Tepezza treatments and she has been nothing but amazing! She is always so kind and makes the experience a lot smoother/easier for me. She is extremely knowledgeable at her job, I know I am in good hands and have nothing to worry about!

Josh has been my infusion nurse for the past 8 months. He has come out every 3 weeks. I was very skeptical about having someone here with me that often and for that length of time. Josh changed all that. He was always on time, competent, and made me feel totally at ease. Beside the Tepezza working so well, Josh made this a pleasant experience. I will miss him 💕

Bright star Santa Barbara has been great. My dad has been getting monthly infusions and we’ve had the same nurse Allison B and hands down she’s great my dad is so comfortable with her, and with all the staff. Thank you all.
