I have been a patient/customer of BrightStar Manhattan Beach/Torrance for four plus years; I have been a patient/customer of a couple other BrightStar locations but have chosen to stay with the Manhattan Beach/Torrance location for several reasons. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they put me first. They are accommodating to my specific needs. They show that they care about me not only as a patient/customer but as a person. I mainly see one infusion nurse, Brittany, but on occasions have had different nurses, Angela to name one; all nurses I have come across with the Manhattan Beach/Torrance location go over an above in the way they treat me. I am confident that whomever they send me is capable in putting my needs first and getting the job done in a timely manner without any distress and/or hassle on me.

BrightStar Care is wonderful. I’ve been a patient for 3 months, and I so appreciate my nurse and the staff. My nurse, Jo, is very caring, friendly and always professional taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I’m always comfortable. I had anxiety about needles and through her patience and interaction with me it’s become a smooth experience . I so appreciate her. The office staff also are extremely courteous and accommodating. I had to reschedule a visit a few times as well as needing an earlier than scheduled visit due to some problems and they handled with no issues.
