I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nurse Trixie from BrightStar Care! She came to help my dad with wound care, but what she gave him went far beyond that. My dad was adjusting to a new reality of limited mobility and using a walker. Trixie understood how important it was for him to keep moving, regain his confidence, and get back to doing the things he loved. One of those things is simply going to the grocery store. Trixie encouraged him to use his handicap parking permit, get into the store, use one of the motorized scooters, and save his energy for getting safely back to the car. It may sound like a small thing, but to my dad, it was huge. She helped him see what he could do instead of focusing on what he couldn't. My dad has worked incredibly hard on his recovery, and I truly believe Trixie's encouragement, compassion, and practical advice played a significant role in helping him regain his independence. She didn't just care for his wounds. She cared about his quality of life. Our family will always be grateful for her. BrightStar is fortunate to have someone like Trixie!

I have weekend caregivers to assist me. I’d like to take a moment to boast about my helper! Shelly Miller is my caregiver and she is absolutely amazing! She has a positive and caring disposition, so encouraging and her positivity is contagious!! I am so blessed to have her as a caregiver! Thank you so much for bringing her into my life! ♥️

All of the caregivers are fantastic, and I do have to point out the caregiver that assist me. She is a blessing to my heart, she is good at her job and I would like to say thank you ( Jasmine)

Just came to orientation at Brightstar!!! They provide you with everything you need as well as have hands on training and a very supportive staffing team. We were provide lunch from Jimmy John's, coffee, water, a huge supply bag, name tags, and everything you can possibly need in order to succeed. Iam excited to work here 🥰❤️❤️❤️

Brightstar helped support us and our adult disabled son at his sisters wedding. Rileigh was fantastic and anticipated our and Kyle’s needs like she was a mind reader. It was tremendous peace of mind that our son was well taken care of so we could focus on our daughters day and our guests. Thank you!!

Brightstar currently cares for my Mom six hours a day at home and assists my Dad when needed, as well. We find Brightstar workers to be prompt, caring, compassionate, and skilled. Having hired other agencies in the past, I can say that Brightstar provides the highest quality caregivers and most dependable shift coverage that we have experienced in the Janesville, WI area!

The ladies are Professional, has pleasant phone etiquette, caring, dependable staff and skilled nurse case managers. Having Mesha, RN as my grandmothers case  manager put our family at ease.
