Wendy Ludfotd is an amazing, kind and compassionate caregiver! She takes such good care of my dad and is basically the reason he is able to continue to live at home. We both love her!

We've had Amber Bowe several time, she's been efficient and charming every time. We've had other caregivers as well, and Jeremy and Shannon in physical therapy are terrific, as well. We've been very pleased with the care we have received from Brightstar.

I have been served for several months now by Raven, and for the first time today by one of Bright Star's new caregivers, Amber. I gladly and enthusiastically give both of them my top rating of five stars, for the outstanding and genuine care they have given me, in terms of their competence, experience, and positive attitude, as well as their anticipation, attentiveness, and responsiveness to my needs. They are superb representatives of Bright Star's high quality of care, and why I am happy with them as my caregivers, and with Bright Star as my Care Agency!

Working with Brighstar has been an amazing experience. I have been able to grow with the company as well as making meaningful connections with the clients. I enjoy the factor that Brightstar cares so much about the clients safety and their life satisfaction is top priority. Amber Bowe is a very efficient worker. I enjoy her visits.

Prior to Wendy, my Home Health Aide, I really couldn't take care of myself even before my brain surgery. Because of her, I now have a clean apartment and clean clothes to wear and my bed sheets are changed regularly. She's also teaching me independent living skills. I make my bed every morning and don't keep dishes stacked in the sink. Ok, I use paper plates, but hey its a start. Before photo.

BrightStar has provided care for my father and father-in-law. They were willing to work with the mixed-up schedules that I had for them, and the caregivers were very open to helping and watching over my family members. There have been some tough times within dynamics of family and BrightStar stuck by and made sure that our patient received the care they needed and kept him safe. I will be using them again if I have a need for my mother. Caregivers were always willing to learn what was needed to care for our loved ones.

Bright star is a great company. I was approached to work with them I was nervous and scared but I prayed about it and some things are harder for me like getting the clothes from the bottom of the washing machine or getting to doctors appointments. It help so much with my anxiety of getting to them on time. I really have the best caregiver Megan she is basically a daughter to me and calls me grandma I love it SO much! We work so well together I could have never thought that it would happen but god made it happen. Even though I could do a lot of things before she is so fun to work with especially decorating and making food. She has made my life so much more full and fun. I thank my daughter Lisa and for sticking with me and pressuring me into this company. When we go down to coffee Tuesdays everyone loves Megan. I am so happy it’s this way. God has helped so much! Thursday’s on her days off a former friend of mine comes and she is now in my life again too. She needed a job like this to fill in the gaps and is now helping me! Truly Megan has become the sunshine in my life she is always so happy and we fit together and work well together. it makes my day 10 times better💗

Brightstar has exceeded my expectations for delivering respite care so I get a break from taking care of my husband in our home. He is understandably reluctant when I leave, but whenever I come home I am greeted with "she can come back anytime!" There have been multiple caregivers but we have enjoyed them all. Communication has been excellent, and they have been flexible with our ever changing schedule.
