How long have you been a Nurse?

I have been a registered nurse for more than 13 years, with experience spanning nursing leadership, travel nursing, critical care, and neonatal/pediatric specialties across a variety of healthcare settings.

What expertise and experience do you bring to BrightStar Care?

I bring a diverse clinical background and a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. My experience in leadership, critical care, travel nursing, and specialized neonatal/pediatric care has strengthened my clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to support clients with a wide range of healthcare needs. I am also passionate about maintaining clinical excellence, supporting regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative environment where both clients and caregivers can thrive.

What part of your job are you most passionate about?

I am most passionate about ensuring every client receives compassionate, personalized care while also mentoring and supporting nurses as they grow in confidence, skill, and professionalism. Helping both clients and caregivers succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

As the owner of BrightStar Care of Southwest Atlanta & College Park, I lead our day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering exceptional care and service to the families we serve.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and my MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School. As a husband, father, and proud Southwest Atlanta resident, serving this community has always been deeply personal to me. After seeing firsthand the difference compassionate home care can make for loved ones, I founded BrightStar Care of Southwest Atlanta & College Park to provide families with trusted support, dignity, and peace of mind.

I serve as a key member of our business development team, focused on building trusted relationships with healthcare partners, community organizations, and families throughout the Southwest Atlanta community.

A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Sociology, I bring experience in healthcare outreach, recruiting, talent acquisition, and business development.My passion for connecting people with the right resources and support makes me a strong advocate for the clients and referral partners we serve.
