Morris County United Way Caregiver Coalition Virtual Event 9/14

We hope you will be able to join The United Way Caregiver Coalition for their next virtual Munch & Learn program on Tuesday, September 14 at 11:00 am.

We have experienced loss, continuous changes, and complex emotions during this pandemic, all impacting our mental health. Join Genaya Palmer, MA, LAC, NCC, Team Leader for NJ Hope and Healing Crisis Counseling Program with Mental Health Association of Essex and Morris, Inc. and her team for this presentation. The CCP team will provide you with information on healing from collective trauma and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Following the discussion, the CCP team will invite everyone to engage in a short, relaxing mindfulness activity.
