I (Susan's Son) am writing on behalf of my Mom (who's name is posting) and my entire family. All of the staff at BrightStar that I have talked to and that have worked with my Mom, have been absolutely wonderful. Specifically though, Vera, has been an absolute blessing when it comes to working with and taking care of our Mom. I can' say enough of how well she's handled her ups and downs and the consistent joy she brings when she is here with her. I also personally want to mention Jean, as well. She has been phenomenal when it comes to my constantly changing hectic schedule and the times I've needed to adjust my Mom's caregiver schedule. I am very glad we made the choice to have BrightStar provide care for our Mom.

Blessing was wonderful. Kind, efficient, knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend her highly.

I wanted to follow up with you regarding this past live-in weekend with the Caregiver Annie. In summary, everything was great! By the end of the weekend, my husband said that he enjoyed his time with Annie. I am delighted, as this will make my upcoming trips much easier. Annie is definitely committed to her profession and considers this type of work part of her ministry. Moreover, it shows - it is not just rhetoric. She has the ability to calm my husband down when his anxiety rises, make the day fun while still getting the important tasks completed. Upon conclusion of this "test" weekend, the house was spotless. The dishes and laundry were done, garbage was out, counters and baths were wiped down and the place was fully organized. What a great feeling! Thanks again for introducing us to Annie.

We have had Cristina as caregiver for my husband for nearly six months now, and she has always been excellent. These past ten days we have had an additional challenge, as I was recovering from a total knee replacement. Cristina really stepped up to give both my husband and me the assistance we needed and filled in for much of the care I normally provide for my husband. It is a real blessing to know that we can depend on her to support us through a very challenging time in our lives.

God has sent us an Angel by the name of Providencia! She takes care of my Mother like she would her own. I think it's a calling to be a CNA for the elderly and I received the best ever! As all the staff at BrightStar Care. Best care ever! Thank you!

It's only been a few days but your staff has us in awe. All members are professional, knowledgeable, caring and a pleasure to my father in law. We loved how Providencia took control and with such respect of my father in law. We felt at ease with her in charge.

In a time of need BrightStar came through for us with the help of Jean & Wendy scheduling the right people to take care of my mother, We have had the chance to meet some exceptional caregivers, Vera, Margi & Abby! I cannot thank you enough in giving us the peace of mind that our mother is in good hands.
