Dan S. has been a real help to our family. She's always on time -- early even -- and we can tell she genuinely cares about my husband's well-being. She keeps him engaged with conversation and activities, from setting up his exercise weights to memory games and sensory hand baths. She takes part in his therapy sessions, helping when he walks and stands. She also goes with us to appointments, helps him get ready and with his meals, and checks on him whenever I need to step away for work. My husband enjoys her company, and her dependability gives us peace of mind.

Sarah O. has been a wonderful addition to my 90 year old mother’s care team. Sarah is kind and supportive of my mother during her IV therapy. Sarah listens to my mom and puts her at ease for the procedure. Brian (scheduling manager) has been wonderful to work with, too. We have had a great experience from start to finish with all of their office staff and providers sent to administer IV therapy to my mom. I would highly recommend their team.

Tory Smith has worked for us for Brightstar a number of times serving as an aid for my husband who is an invalid. I would like to recommend her. She makes a point of doing all of the jobs on the list of jobs for aids and even does more than that.
