We are thankful for the consistent, compassionate and patient care extended towards our father by the Brightstar CNA's: Diane, Ana, Marsha and Beatrice.
Diane is a steady, professional and dependable CNA. Ana is joyful, hardworking and always has a smile. Marsha is friendly, personable and goes the extra mile to engage our father in conversation. Beatrice is confident, discerning and communicative. On a side note, our father has enjoyed tremendously the occassions when the CNA's prepare food for him. Diane is the master of eggs; Marsha's potatoes and sausage were a hit; and Ana's fish, rice and a cabbage salad delicious.
All four exemplify who a family would need and want to care for their loved ones; helping in all areas of his care without complaining. They are comforting, supportive and maintain such a kind attitude even if the task isn't always pleasant.
We also must mention the administrative staff and their quick assistance. Stephanie has been kind, accommodating and does her best to schedule the hours according to my Fathers needs and wants. She communicates every step of the way. The on call staff, Mike and Jock, have been available after hours and so kind when we've had to cancel or reschedule in home care due to unforseen circumstances. Ellen has been invaluable helping navigate the financial and insurance aspects of our Fathers care.
Brightstar is all around a stellar Home Care Agency.
We have been with Brightstar for 5+ years. They have been a great company in providing nursing care for my child. They are easy to contact, quick to respond, and problem solve. Our nursing line-up with Lorinda, Palmira, Barbara and Amber is absolutely phenomenal. They are top notch nurses who are professional and highly skilled, yet balance that with a gentle demeanor caring for a medically fragile child. I would definitely recommend Brightstar as a home health agency.

I am nothing but thankful for the services we receive from Brightstar.
They were quickly able to place a school district approved nurse with my daughter at the beginning of this year.
Jill has attended school with my kiddo every day, and my daughter has thrived more than ever with access to 1:1 medical care at school alongside her IEP. Jill has made sure that my daughter is comfortable everywhere she goes and with everyone she comes into contact with and has bridged the gap between homes and school for my daughter who has struggled in school for years.
Brightstar has made all of our authorizations and insurance coverage seamless and they are so easy to communicate with.
Brightstar comes highly recommended from our family :)

My health has declined lately and thank God I was referred to BrightStar Care. They have been the most knowledgeable, professional and at the same time, friendly group I have ever met.
We all know that the vast majority of senior citizens can be a tremendous pain in the arsenal, but no one has ever been short with me or made me feel bad when they answer my questions for the fifth time.
My home health aid, Z , is amazing. And Michelle and Sam have carted me around Pinellas County while I decide where I want to live. I know I must have asked the same questions over and over, but they kept their positive and friendly demeanor thru out.
I will soon transition to my new residence and my time with BrightStar will end, I will miss the staff but they have become friends and who could ask for more than that.
First and foremost, being a part of a company that goes out of their way to make sure every employee is heard/ understood is graceful within itself. The staffing coordinator Stephanie is quite delightful, very optimistic and Does a great job at what she does. The HR recruiter Tiffany Provides wellness check ups, Recognizes her employees for their achievements/ accomplishments, and that’s something that I have never had. My mental health does not go unnoticed and it’s refreshing to know that it matters. Shifts are always available, the pay is great and the Clients are delightful. Being a part of a company that actually cares and shows that they care Is a breath of fresh air I’m grateful to be part of a great team.
