My experience with Brightstar and Michelle C has been excellent. She is punctual and never late. She helps me do laundry, go grocery shopping and she helps me take care of my cat and empites her litter box and helps feed her. She also runs errands for me and I don't know what I would do without her. She spoils me. She is like a mother hen.

Most recently I have had Jackie Grant. She is the absolute Best! She makes me feel safe and cared for when I am unable to do so myself. She is always on time and goes above and beyond on being caring and helpful!

I can’t say enough good things about BrightStar home health care service! From the very first visit, the entire team was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They treated my mother with so much respect and compassion, making sure all of her needs were met and that our family always felt informed and supported.
Brightstar is a wonderful company I started working with them almost a month. They are very understanding when it comes to personal things in life. Due to me not having transportation it’s hard to get accepted in jobs but brightstar accepted me as family. If you’re looking for a great company to work at or you want brightstar as a company for your daily needs brightstar is the best choice.
