I first met Jessica Torres in September when I needed Certified Nursing Assistance for my husband in a health care center. She put me at ease, answered all my questions and assured me that Brightstar Care would quickly set up help we needed. My husband was very difficult to work with. Brightstar was up for the challenge and continued to find the most appropriate care available for my husband for the 4 months he was in the facility. At that point he was discharged from the healthcare facility to his apartment due to his continual roaming and the facility’s inability to control the situation. Jessica and a specialized gerontology nurse practitioner spoke with my husband and then came to the apartment to evaluate the feasibility of him being there. Based on their knowledge and expertise they advised me that it was unlikely that the move would be successful even with a registered nurse in attendance. They were indeed correct as his stay in the apartment lasted less than a day. Brightstar has outstanding professionalism and excellent communication. I felt they truly cared about my husband and helped me through a very difficult situation. They were considerate of my feelings and truly honest with their expert opinions. I would highly recommend Brightstar Care.

I'm so grateful and so impressed with BrightStar. Your nurses have been so helpful and so professional. I really appreciate their great reporting to each other. I haven't had to be there to train any new people- they pass on all the information so thoroughly and competently. I'm finally able to really relax again knowing my mom is in good hands. I have been working for BrightStar almost two years and I absolutely love it it’s an amazing company! Stephanie, Shaylee, Amanda, Mandy, nurses Jessica and Chassity are all amazing to work with and incredible at their jobs I never want to leave I’d highly recommend this place for quality care we really care about or patients as well as staff!

My experience with Brightstar and Michelle C has been excellent. She is punctual and never late. She helps me do laundry, go grocery shopping and she helps me take care of my cat and empites her litter box and helps feed her. She also runs errands for me and I don't know what I would do without her. She spoils me. She is like a mother hen.
