Joshua Allen, R.N.
Over the last 25 years, the infusion industry has evolved extensively. And Registered Nurse Joshua Allen has been there for it all, often taking the lead as new therapies were introduced and brought into the home setting. His depth and breadth of experience enables BrightStar Care® to continue expanding its growth of in-home infusion partnerships.
Early in Joshua’s career, he primarily provided in-home infusions for clients that needed factor products for bleeding disorders, IVIG for autoimmune diseases and chemotherapy for pediatric leukemia patients.
As the industry evolved, so did Joshua. He educated himself on emerging therapies and soon found himself providing in-home infusions in the specialty pharmacy space, which he has done for the last 19 years. He was dedicated to gaining the knowledge needed to safely infuse a wide range of new products.
Dedicated to patient education and high-quality care, Joshua’s goal is to make sure every single child or adult has a good experience with their in-home treatment. He is an efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate resource for each partner organization’s infusion staffing needs.
