I'm an elderly widow living alone and needed surgery today. Bright Star was recommended to me so I called. They were able to coordinate transportation to and from my surgery as well as waiting with me. I can't say enough about the kind and caring staff at Bright Star. From the schedulers, to Janice my transportation caregiver. I would recommend Bright Star who I give a 10+.

Having someone care for a loved one in the home requires a great deal of trust, and our experience with BrightStar Care has been wonderful from the very beginning. When we first met with BrightStar representative Susan Johnson to establish care for my mom, her extensive knowledge, compassion, and willingness to patiently address all of our questions helped us feel informed, comfortable, and confident in our decision to choose BrightStar. Yesterday served as confirmation of our decision. It was my mom’s first day of service and Maya, the caregiver assigned to mom, made a wonderful first impression!! From the moment she arrived, Maya demonstrated genuine compassion, patience, and attentiveness to mom's needs. What impressed me most was the initiative she took throughout her time with mom. She paid attention, recognized ways she could help, provided encouragement, and took appropriate action while always remaining respectful of mom’s needs and preferences. It is incredibly reassuring to know that my mom is being cared for by someone who is not only capable and professional, but also genuinely kind and compassionate. After such a positive first experience, I feel very comfortable and encouraged about the care my mom will be receiving. We made the right choice with BrightStar!

I feel so grateful to have been connected to this company. My brother recently came out of the hospital sooner than expected and his care was more than we could handle on our own. On very short notice, and after listening to my plea for help, the people at Brightstar were so understanding, and worked with us to get us some caregivers who take wonderful care for my brother. They got us through that initial very difficult time, and continue to help us today, as we have "figured things out" a bit more. Can't thank them enough.

My parents have been under the care of the BrightStar team for several weeks. BrightStar, Richmond did an amazing job taking care of my mom for 6 months until her prayers were answered. They were very accommodating in all aspects of compassionate care and scheduling of visits. They were incredibly efficient and helpful with billing and filing with her long term care insurance. Highly recommend!

Thank you BrightStar for your help with caring for my father in his assisted living facility (ALF) in his last weeks with us (hospice care). Your staff was very kind and caring even in difficult times and conditions. I am sure he was unable to share his gratitude during this time, but the family would like to say thank you. Your willingness and ability to meet our needs 7 days a week, on short notice, in these tough times of maintaining a full staff of care givers was extraordinary. The nurses and aides kept us in the know of what was going on with him in the ALV. The nurses made many extra trips for us in our attempt to keep our father comfortable and communicate with the ALV staff. The BrightStar approach to caregiving seems unique compared to other services our family has used for other family members. They seemed to be much more caring in their approach, not simply scheduling someone to show up. I would recommend to anyone needing extra assistance for your loved one to call BrightStar.

This group did an amazing job taking care of my mother the last few months of her life. What was most impressive was the fact that we had challenges, Some caregivers didn't mess, As promised Brightstar took care of the situation and got us different care givers. The commuication was excellent. I even had to call in the middle of the night a couple times and they always answered the phone. I just a company by how they handle challenges, Brightstar was our partner in taking care of my mother. Thanks

My wife was in a skilled nurseing unit from May to the end of October in 2022. She has had mutiple falls and other health issues over the past four years. In other words, we needed superior home caregiver support, which Brightstar has been providing. Before engaging with Brightstar, I asked three friends that are very knowledgeable about this industry and all three highly recommended Brightstar. We are delighted with the wonderful Brightstar staff and caregivers and can also highly recommend Brightstar!

This company sent different ladies out for home aids. I had just gotten out of the hospital and had limited abilities to do many things. All of the employees were kind, helpful, and were willing to help do anything that I asked. Most seemed to truly enjoy helping me. I have recovered and am now independent, but would have no reservations about using them again in the future if needed.
