This company sent different ladies out for home aids. I had just gotten out of the hospital and had limited abilities to do many things. All of the employees were kind, helpful, and were willing to help do anything that I asked. Most seemed to truly enjoy helping me. I have recovered and am now independent, but would have no reservations about using them again in the future if needed.

My dad came home from the hospital earlier than expected. My sister and I were put in a very stressful situation and needed help the following day. One of my neighbors used BrightStar for her mom's care and recommended I give them a call. From the first contact, they were accommodating, pleasant and professional. They met with us early the next day and started care later that same day. We were so grateful for the recommendation and for the great care our dad received. Thanks!

I started for BrightStar as a field employees during Covid and all the staff, both medial and back office staff, were a joy to work with and super responsive to scheduling needs.
After Covid I transitioned to the office and I must say the staff is still great to work with and the leadership is phenomenal. They listen and address concerns, above and beyond to work around your needs and schedule.

I started with Brightstar last summer after giving notice to my previous employer. I knew Amy and Jennifer from my professional experience by working with them on staffing during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. They had a COVID team that was properly trained and was able to assist our Health Services side of a large retirement community. I have had an amazing experience so far. From what Ive seen literally since the day I was called to be interviewed, until now, the administrative staff has been supportive, caring, and proactive. They care very much for the health and welfare of their clients and their staff - both of those factors when you find them together in one company, thats very special. I interviewed several Richmond based agencies to help with the care of a family member who was in Hospice and lived along. I chose BrightStar because they offered more flexibility in a personalized and ever changing care plan, suggestions on the needs of their patient to make him more comfortable and they provided peace of mind while trying to navigate new territory for the family. Their well-trained CNAs were all kind, knowledgeable and dedicated to quality home care. Amy and Jennifer were available 24/7 to help resolve any issues. I am glad I chose BrightStar.
