Learning how to navigate the care for an aging parent? 🤓Look no further! Last week, my husband and I had to secure care for my aging mother with mild cognitive decline while we were traveling. We could not be happier with this company. From the first call, we received professional, friendly and loving care. They returned calls promptly and efficiently. Our caregiver was Danielle L., she immediately made my Mom and I feel at ease. Danielle was extremely kind and loving. My Mom and Danielle, built a rapport quickly. We are looking forward to our next trip without anxiety about Mom’s care. Thank You BrightStar! 🩷

Brightstar care provides a great service! my caregiver Layla does a great job. she is attentive, compassionate end caring. Joann does an incredible job making sure that all our needs are met! all in all 5 star service!

My family switched from another agency to Brightstar in early January 2024. My father was in the hospital and very ill, including having covid, and BrightStar policies were much more flexible and helpful than the other agency. We engaged BrightStar to provide 24/7 care, since my father was a fall risk, and also very weak. There were range of caregivers sent to the hospital and later to the home, a few were terrible (fell asleep all night) or did little to communicate with my dad or my family, many that were acceptable, and a few that were truly outstanding. Four of these wonderful women that stood head and shoulders over the others were Nadage, Marnell, "Q", and Wendy H. They all were very attentive to my father and his needs, and almost just as importantly worked very well with my grieving, indomitable, intensely caring, and exhausted mother. Each of these women were committed to coming on time, often staying later to provide non stop coverage, and even worked more shifts to help us, either because they were the preferred providers or filled in when another provider was unable to come in. I and my family saw and deeply appreciate the love, care, and attention they gave my father especially while he was under hospice care, and getting progressively weaker. They also had the amazing knack of fitting in with the family, but noticing and silently giving us private time when we needed it. If you have a loved one in need of care, I unreservedly recommend these caregivers, and the BrightStar staff supporting them. I also want to acknowledge how supported and easy it was to work the fantastic care managers: Shelitia and Linette, and the concern and support, and flexibility we had from the RN/clinical supervisor, Joanne.

BrightStar was wonderful in providing care for my father when he returned home from rehab. They truly gave us peace of mind (as I live out of state) and helped him gain confidence. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Gifty came to our house today and was a lifesaver to my husband and myself. What a pleasant and a skilled person. She did our sheets and towels she helped me with a bath. She moved me all over the house as needed, because I’m not walking at this time. She was wonderful! I highly recommend her.

Alexxis Short is super special to our family. She gives the very best care to both of my Grandboys who are special needs, non/verbal, terminally ill and autistic. She has the highest level of patience and compassion that I've seen in this industry. Her balance of professionalism and personal kindness is beyond exceptional. I feel a million percent confident in her ability when I leave my home. I come home to my boys joyful and content state when they have been cared for by Alexxis. I recently had Cynthia Martin fill in recently as a replacement and she was absolutely outstanding. She was attentative, caring and fully engaged to the needs of my husband. If I did not already have permanent care, I would have grabbed her right away! I also want to take this moment to recognize my other two permanent caregivers Desreen and Lissette. I have a pretty busy schedule and having to trust the care of my husband to someone else requires me to feel very comfortable with those assigned. So Brightstar thank you for these young ladies as all of them are truly providing great representation of your company. We are almost 2 years in of needing your service so thank you for your efforts in hiring committed workers who understand the needs of the families they serve!

Cynthia Martin was outstanding in her professionalism and personablity! She has the perfect balance of experience and compassion. She cared for both of my special needs, terminally autistic grandsons. The care and loving kindness was more than I could have asked for.
