I cannot say enough about the excellent care Percina Rankin provided while I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. She was always friendly, optimistic, and incredibly supportive, creating a positive atmosphere even on the tougher days of recovery. Percina went above and beyond—not only caring for me, but also for my beloved fur baby, my home, and my plants as if they were her own. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a world of difference in my healing process. She is truly a wonderful caregiver and an asset to your team.

I stated Brightstar in May of this year. What I have experienced so far is a company, that cares about their employees, just as much as they care about their clients. Everyone in the office is very helpful and patient. During my first time clocking in, one of the office staff stayed on the line with me for 30 min, helping me through the site. She was very understanding. It makes you feel good to know, when you need help someone is there gladly to assist.

RNs Presley provided Maximo, 4 days of exceptional care (Jessica shadowing) and Nelli with one day of also exceptional care. These nurses made sure their patient was comfortable during the treatment, timely checked his blood pressure and temperature. They professionaly answered our questions and concern.
