Dawn Wagner | Owner / Branch ManagerDawn grew up in Pennsylvania, but has spent the past 10 years on the west coast working in the hotel industry. She has a strong background in customer service and constantly looks for ways to improve the relationship with the client. Dawn understands that the decision for home care is not an easy one, and she will work closely with the caregivers to ensure a smooth experience for the families. Family is extremely important to her, and is the reason she made the decision to return to the east coast. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending lots of time at the beach with her beagle Kona!
John Wagner | OwnerJohn retired in 2012 with over 30 years of pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing experience with Merck Pharmaceuticals. Having spent most of his career in positions in quality control and plant operations, he has a strong focus on quality and compliance in all aspects of both business and life in general. He is committed to providing the highest standard of home care. John and his wife Jeaninne fell in love with NC when his work brought them here in 2005 and have made it their permanent home. He is active as a member of the Board of Directors of NC Beautiful, a non-profit organization focused on preserving North Carolina’s environment for today and tomorrow, and has served as a member of the Foundation Board for Durham Technical Community College. In his leisure time, you can find John either on the golf course or traveling with Jeaninne.
Hal Watkins | Business Development Manager Hal has many years of sales experience and a strong background in business development having opened several new divisions for Johnson and Johnson in neurosurgical and laparoscopic surgery. Hal also served as a medical imaging systems consultant to hospitals and radiologists representing the manufacturers of CT Scanners and Digital X-ray systems. Hal also owned and operated his own physical rehabilitation company. His primary focus has been to grow new business by providing exceptional customer service.
Hal has a USCG Captains License and loves sailing and boating with his eleven year old daughter Ella who loves the ocean. They spend a lot of time together weekends at Carolina Beach where they now live. Hal has served nonprofits and has been on the board of directors of Wilson County Board of Health, and Wilson Crisis Center. He enjoys helping others, and he finds business development just that, finding out what our clients need and supplying good solutions for them. Shannon Reynolds | Customer Care Manager Shannon is an Air Force Veteran with an extensive background in Administration and customer service. She has a Community Health Education Degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Shannon is dedicated to working with clients and caregivers to ensure everyone is taken care of and happy. When Shannon isn’t in the office or taking calls she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband Jeremy have two kids who love to spend time outdoors, go camping, and travel.
Hannah Pencek | HR Coordinator Hannah is from Birmingham, Alabama, but recently moved from Honolulu, Hawaii. She is married to an active duty Marine, who’s orders brought her to Wilmington. She has a degree in Marketing and Healthcare Management, and has experience in malpractice and health insurance. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys exploring North Carolina, cooking, and watching Alabama Football.
Kona | Office GreeterKona is a friendly beagle who loves his office staff and loves any and all visitors. He enjoys being able to be around people all day. Kona loves to sniff and greet each person who arrives. He especially loves doing his tricks in order to make people smile (and to get a treat!). Stop by to see him today.
