As Chief Financial Officer for BrightStar Care, David Pallaschke leads the Finance and Accounting team, Human Resources, and our BrightStar Owned business unit. A finance executive with broad experience building and transforming the finance function to align and support the business to drive value, David enjoys helping people and building teams: “At BrightStar Care, I’m able to contribute through this lens on a daily basis. My passion to help people and build teams also helps to support BrightStar’s growth vision.”
Described as someone with high character, David’s day-to-day responsibilities include financial stewardship, timely and accurate financial reportage, improving financial systems and processes, recording the planning process, support legal mergers, and strengthening BrightStar Care’s FP&A and Analytical capabilities.
Prior to joining BrightStar Care in 2019, David spent most of his finance career working in multi-site organizations, such as McDonald’s Corporation, Redbox, National Express and ATI Physical Therapy. David’s vision and goals are to continue the enhancement of each function he leads through people, process and tools, while also directly influencing maximization of our overall company enterprise value.
Just as important as leading teams at BrightStar Care, David helps coach a variety of sports for his four children with a focus on basketball. David also enjoys watching sports, working out, and attending concerts with his wife.
