Every month 10% of our clients and 10% of our employees are called by an independent company called Home Care Pulse. The employees and clients are asked a lot of questions regarding the care they are given and ways to improve service. The answers are all scores of 1-10 and our office consistently receives the highest ratings. Brightstar Care of Montgomery County has received Homecare Pulse Best in Homecare awards, for multiple years in a row. This Caregiver Engagement Score Award was based on the scores collected by Homecare Pulse and is awarded to our team because of the FANTASTIC job they do in making our caregivers and clients feel special and connected to us.
