Rampi brings over three decades of experience in the senior living and home care sectors, with deep expertise in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Her career began at the age of 18, working as a caregiver while pursuing her undergraduate studies—a journey that has given her a hands-on, empathetic understanding of the care continuum. Her early experiences shaped her belief in dignity-driven service and laid the foundation for her operational leadership.

Over the years, Rampi has built her reputation by rising through the ranks in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities, eventually expanding her mission into the home care field. She oversees the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of her agency, ensuring her team is empowered, supported, and equipped to provide exceptional service.

She has been a Certified Dementia Practitioner, A Dementia Dialogues Trainer through the University of South Carolina, and a faciliatator fo local Alzheimer's support groups - roles that underscore her passion for advocacy, education, and hands-on support.

As an Owner, Lou blends his 15+ years of experience as a small business owner with a personal connection to the healthcare industry—one shaped by observing his wife Rampi’s dedication to senior care and listening to the heartfelt stories shared by his mother, a former caregiver.

Bibha is our Office Manager. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, recruiting, and client relations, Bibha brings both a strategic mindset and a compassionate heart to our team.

Her career spans roles in healthcare staffing, sales, and senior living leadership, where she consistently focused on building strong relationships, enhancing client experiences, and supporting caregivers to reach their full potential.

Bibha is a Certified Dementia Care Specialist and has served in leadership positions ranging from Memory Care Director to Healthcare Recruiting Manager, always guided by her commitment to quality care and service.

At BrightStar Care, Bibha is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative office environment, ensuring that our caregivers have the tools and encouragement they need to succeed. A Certified Pediatric nurse with a strong background in both adult and pediatric care, Beth has held leadership positions across the home health spectrum—including Director of Nursing for a local home care provider and Assistant Director of Nursing for a pediatric home health agency. Her extensive clinical skillset includes infusion therapy, ventilator/trach care, and wound care management, making her a trusted resource for complex cases and specialized needs.

Beth’s leadership is defined by her focus on team collaboration, clear communication, and a standard of care that never compromises. She is known for her calm, compassionate bedside manner, and her unwavering commitment to ensuring that every client receives the highest quality care, tailored to their unique needs. 

As both a clinical expert and a patient advocate, Beth works closely with caregivers, clients, and families—ensuring that care plans are thorough, staff are supported, and outcomes consistently exceed expectations. Ashley’s professional expertise spans Medicare Advantage, ACA health insurance, and private-duty care, making her a knowledgeable and trusted resource for families navigating complex care and coverage decisions. Her previous leadership roles in the insurance industry, along with her entrepreneurial background as a small business owner, have equipped her with a unique ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.
