Alison Richardson | Owner

Untitled-design-(10).png Alison Richardson, MS, has a Masters in Human Development, along with experience in business and trial consulting. Alison is active in the community as a volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association, and she also serves on the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Senior Service Alliance Steering Committee. She selected home care as her encore career because she wanted to work with purpose and help make the world a better place with her efforts. As she searched for the best home care business, she was attracted to several things about BrightStar Care.
 

Ashlie Bridegum | Branch Manager

Ashlie enjoys helping others during difficult times in their lives and home health allows her passion to be possible. In addition to managing office administration, Ashlie was a dental assistant for sixteen years where she worked with patients in low income communities and volunteered through outreach opportunities. Ashlie holds a Master's Degree in Health Science and a Bachler's in Science with an emphasis in Health Education from Texas Woman's University. At BrightStar Care, Ashlie coordinates office productivity through billing and payroll, leads the home health caregiver team, trains all new staff members, and develops effective strategies to protect the homebound customers.
 

Whitney Green | Customer Care Manager

Untitled-design-(11).pngWhitney Green has a degree in Psychology and is currently working on her MS in Mental Health Counseling. In her spare time, she volunteers at her local Ronald McDonald House, cooking meals for families in need. Whitney chose to work in home health care as a way to give back to her community. She values each client and caregiver as our customer care manager and is in charge of scheduling home health care clients.
