I am a seasoned nursing professional with over 22 years of experience across a wide range of healthcare settings.
My clinical background includes cardiopulmonary ICU,
infusion therapy, wound care,medical forensics,
quality assurance analysis, and health and longevity.
What experience do you bring to BrightStar Care®?
Throughout my career, I combined hands-on patient care with a strong focus on quality improvement and clinical excellence. My experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst further reinforced my commitment to delivering safe, effective, and high quality patient and family-centered care.
What part of your job are you most passionate about?
I joined BrightStar Cares leadership team with a renewed passion for the provision of one-on-one patient care, clinical leadership and education, as well as the development of meaningful connections with patients and families. As the Director of Nursing, I am deeply committed to nursing leadership and I believe that high-quality care is driven by strong, supportive leadership teams that empower clinicians to perform at their best.
