Bright Star Care has been a Godsend for my parents, allowing them to remain in their home the past two years. Jennifer is an exceptional administrator, showing patience and compassion through insurance issues. The primary caregiver, Janisah, is loving, kind and devoted to providing the best companionship and service to my parents on a daily basis. She has always gone above and beyond to meet their needs and has been a wonderful friend to them both.
