BrightStar Care is a wonderful company who provided home care for my husband. No matter what my concern was, the administration always took care of it. The caregivers were well-selected for the client involved and treated my husband with such a personal interest. Dee was very caring of his many medical concerns. Rosie has that special talent that only God gives to few people; she went above and beyond whatever was required of her.

My sisters and I deeply appreciate Constance's care of my dad, who was initially flatly opposed to anyone coming in. Drawing on their years of experience and a calm and compassionate approach, Michelle, Jennifer, and Alisha were instrumental in convincing him to open his door to Constance, and Constance, in turn, has won his trust and esteem. Constance is thorough, professional, careful, and thoughtful. After hovering over my dad quite a bit the last few years, I am now at ease. He is doing fine. Bright Star Care has been a Godsend for my parents, allowing them to remain in their home the past two years. Jennifer is an exceptional administrator, showing patience and compassion through insurance issues. The primary caregiver, Janisah, is loving, kind and devoted to providing the best companionship and service to my parents on a daily basis. She has always gone above and beyond to meet their needs and has been a wonderful friend to them both.
