We are well pleased with Kari, she does an excellent job she is dependent and always willing to do extra work, happy to walk with Helen, very reliable, always on time and shows up. we are pleased with BrightStar in general. She helps with the beds and I am happy we are able to afford to have her for 4 days a week.

Bright Star really helped me out, when my Mom was quickly discharged out of Central Dupage Hospital. Kind and Compassionate, Friendly, People. They really listened to my needs for my Mom, and were very fast to send a wonderful helper for my Mom. I will use the again and again!

Bright Star Care saved from a very bad place. I was caring for my wife at home when she suddenly took a turn for the worse. I could not care for her myself anymore. Bright Star was there for me, providing the best care for my wife right up until she passed. All of the care givers were sensitive and patient. They also had the knowledge and experience necessary to properly take care of her. I especially want to thank Nashyla and Janessa for the care they provided to my wife in her final days and to me as I was emotional and not always thinking straight.

My team of Lenora, Charity,Olu, and Lovelin do an exceptional job of caring for not just my loved one but me too. They are reliable, conscientious and professional.
