Yes, our local care team in Central DuPage-Wheaton is overseen and supervised by our Director of Nursing, a registered nurse (RN). This oversight supports our entire care team—including caregivers, CNAs, and other RNs—to help ensure every client receives safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
The difference between an in-home caregiver and a nurse is the services they’re able to offer our clients in Central DuPage-Wheaton. An in-home caregiver provides non-medical support with daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance. A nurse provides skilled medical care, including medication management, wound care, chronic condition monitoring, and other clinical services.

Additionally, all of our Central DuPage-Wheaton caregivers must have CPR certification, pass a drug test and background check, and complete all required onboarding forms.

When scheduling our caregivers and nurses, our Customer Care Management team tries to align with availability, skills, and client needs. We strive to match the right caregivers with the right clients to ensure a strong fit, consistent care, and meaningful relationships. Our goal is to provide dependable assignments, while supporting both our clients’ needs and our team members’ work-life balance.
